I love Kang Daniel. Also, check out his other stuff like Who U Are and Antidote, please. He’s a marvel to go from a show winner and project group frontman to starting his own company and creating his own stuff so young.
It hits when Monroe said he isn’t a failure that he’s a SUCCESS - coz Paranoia attributed its creation to the repetitive cyber bullying Daniel has received since his graduation from Wanna One, like he’s a ‘flop’ a ‘nobody’ and ‘irrelevant’. But he is one of the most awarded and significant soloists in S Korea always covered by S Korean media. Daniel thrived. Thanks again guys for appreciating the concept and the music.
What's interesting to note is that all of the jerky movements throughout the choreo is suppose to represent the fight against his inner demons that want to come out and as you can see by the end the demons won. Also the guy who was trying to stab him was played by his manager lol

Thanks for the insightful reaction. Kang Daniel released a new full album called The Story on 24 May. It’s really interesting to see how he carries on from his mental state in Paranoia. It’s like taking stock of his life in a brutally honest way. For example, the title track Upside Down is based on his feelings as an unknown trainee unable to finish high school (due to poverty in family) and wanting to turn his life around. While Mad is addressed to his haters. It’s solid music and writing. Hope you guys can react to that because I really want to hear what you have to say about his story.
