I saw many people got rejected by the old lady or the guard these days. I wonder is it even themselves not willing to take the money and let's the tourist in anymore..
Hopefully you will come back here in the next trip. There are many beautiful landscapes waiting for you to discover. I think those beautiful landscapes will make you like Vietnam better. You can't no longer able to climb Poet mountain by going that way anymore, years ago, some random guy set fire on that mountain(rumor) that now the government is blocking the entrance. So if u want to climb it, you have to seek for another entrance nearby (just keep asking local people). I've been all the places u visited in the video and yes, Bài Thơ(poem) mountain is the best.

Yeah they both are, it’s hard to choose but the biggest difference is the amount of tourism. Thailand is by far the favorite country in the world for cheap backpacker travel. So I prefer Vietnam just based on this. Both have so much, but you get it more to yourself in Vietnam

I just did this Hike. It cost me 10,000 dong to park in front of the entry and 20,000 to be granted entry onto the trail. There is no fixed price so prepare to pay a little extra or a little less. Directions to here are good. It’s located between Thom Cafe and Quan Cafe. Epic view. 20-30 minute hike up.

Hi the peak you recommend is temporary closed due to some fire. So many people want to go there. During 15 minut of staying by the gate several people come to get there. All of them because the video. Some of them just come to Halong Bay to climb this view point. Guys make sure that this is open again before you come. You can serch on internet. I heard there were information about the fire.
It was great, my legs went a little jelly when I noticed how high I was half way up. Didnt help the path falls apart the closer you get to the top but it was worth it for sure :)

Piece of Amr yeahhh, I'm having trouble with that. I record 60fps, and it seems 1080 isn't an option?
Alexander Travelbum you actually don't need 60fps, try 24fps and see if it allows you to record in 1080, you'll see a big difference
