Engaging with books has significantly elevated my perspective on investing. True wealth isn't built through mere savings; financial freedom stems from strategic investments. I've learned that accumulating wealth hinges on making prudent investment decisions
Books have also changed my perspective on investing. Understanding that real wealth is built through strategic investments rather than mere savings is crucial. Working with an adviser has pointed me in the right direction..
This intrigues me. I've looked up financial advisors online, but finding one to connect with is a bit difficult. Do you mind if I ask for your recommendation?
Thanks, Isa! I had a lot of fun playing "guess the book" as you described each one before giving us the title! 😊 I've read a lot of these and hope to read many of the rest. Great list!
I love watching your recommendations! I just got back into reading, after watching one of your videos last week. I couldn’t believe I had not indulged in reading for pleasure for so many years! What was I thinking?! I started reading The Shadow of a Fox and I am happy to say I am in the middle of book 3!! Thank you so much!! 😊
You really are a true Spaniard, in a good way. When learning French in France, I used to call the Spanish paricipants PGV - parlant à grand vitesse 🙂 Anyway, thank you for all the tips!
I really appreciate you for featuring underrated Fantasy books. "A Master of Djinn" is so much fun, I am surprised that so few people read it. Murder Mystery in a Fantasy setting + Steampunk! Also "Sistah Samurai" deserves so much more love. Great for anime fans.
Hi Isa, some of your recommendations are on my list, especially The Tainted Cup, Godkiller, ML Wang and Ken Liu books. On another note were you out in the crowds celebrating the football victory 🙂 , last year I experienced something similar for another sporting code, lovely experience
Almost all of these I've already read or are on my tbr thanks to you :D I've not heard about only 2 or 3 and I'm currently listening to Guns of the Dawn as I took on a big reorganization mission of my room and I need to listen to something to stay sane haha so far it's ok, I'm curious about the ending.
Congrats on the 17k 🥳 Yay Fireborne! Yay Tainted Cup! Yay Children of Gods and Fighting Men! Yay Murder at Spindle Manor! I did not realize some of these books had so few ratings. Especially Guns, when Tchaikovsky is so famous for his sci-fi!
YES! The beginning is a little rough but this book has the best fighting scene I've ever read and I keep thinking about some the scenes quite often to this day
I DNF Kaikeyi. For me its a character assassination for a beloved character Rama and somehow make the main character Marry Sue in a way that she couldn't do anything wrong. It's because all the men just inheritedly evil. I don't understand the hype at all. I am the most excited about is Sword of Kaigen in this list. A mom with a sword sounds so badass, ngl.
I've got one for you! Alternatural by Tobias Gavran. 15 ratings on Goodreads as soon as I post my own. Standalone about 130 pages. Non-stop action and full of witchy magic.
Now that's a cool list. I'm surprised there's so few ratings for The Grace of Kings - just goes to show how tiny a bubble Booktube and it's Discords is. To be fair, there are some more recent books on your list which would account for the lower ratings, but even so, I can't complain with the actual picks. I love the cover for Shadow of the Fox also. Do you edit your own videos, or do you have an editor? I love how well done they are compared to the low budget operation I have going 😂
Yeah, absolutely the fact that some books are "newer" can explain the lack of ratings! Still I believe most of these books are not as well known! (although it blows my mind every time that I check the ratings of Grace of Kings!) I edit them myself! I have a great friend and booktuber who edited some of my videos in the past in case you are interested!
I have to say fireborne is leagues LEAGUES more impressive and has so much more tension than fourth wing. I think the lack of spice keeps it from being popular esp with the fourth wing crowd
- Sword of Kaigen and Ninth Rain are both fantastic fantasy reads. - A Master of Djinn, The Bone Shard Daughter, The Justice of Kings and Engines of Empire are all decent and worth a read. - The Grace of Kings wasn't for me. It read like a history book with an irrelevant first chapter to grab your attention attached in front. - I'm putting Godkiller, Fireborne, Tainted Cup, Clockwork Boys, Of Blood and Fire, Blood Over Bright Haven and Guns of the Dawn on my TBR.

Embarking on the investment journey at 40, I envision a triumphant testimony of significant success by the age of 55..
Books have also changed my perspective on investing. Understanding that real wealth is built through strategic investments rather than mere savings is crucial. Working with an adviser has pointed me in the right direction..

'Angela Lynn Schilling’ maintains an online presence. Just make a simple search for her name online.
Wow, her track record looks really good from what I found online. I'll take a chance and see how it goes. Thanks for the info
Thanks, Isa! I had a lot of fun playing "guess the book" as you described each one before giving us the title! 😊 I've read a lot of these and hope to read many of the rest. Great list!
hahaha i feel some are so easy to call out!! Thank you so much for watching!
Fantastic list! I appreciate the time it took to curate all these books. I have more books to add to my never ending tbr! 😂
Justice of Kings and the rest of the series are probably some of the best books I've read this year, I recommend them so much!
Ahh! I need to continue reading- I am missing book 3!!!
This has to be the best video you have made so far. So many gems!!!
Great recs! So many to add to my list!!
Yay! Thank you! Come back later and tell me what you think about them!
I’m very happy I waited until Prime Days to watch this video. Looks like I’ll be spending some quality time with my Kindle this week 💕📚
This is such a great list🌻 so many on my long tbr that you've convinced to make a priority✨
Oh yay!! That makes me happy haha- another day fulfilled!

Love your video and book reviews❤ and love the little meows in the background, I was cracking up!
bahahahahhaha she wanted to be free 🐈. Booktube is too much pressure for her little meow head!

No pressure... BUT PRESSURE! hahaha ahh thanks!!!!!!
I love the concept of this video!!
Thank you so much!
Some fantastic new books to add to my list! Thank you. 🍓💖🌸🐈
Of course!!
You really are a true Spaniard, in a good way. When learning French in France, I used to call the Spanish paricipants PGV - parlant à grand vitesse 🙂
Anyway, thank you for all the tips!
Hahah thank you!
Great video! Where did you get your awesome bookshelves from? They are very nice. Thanks!
I loved the Geal Song series, can’t wait for the finale this year
Thank you for this amazing list, added few to my TBR. Happy to see Guns of the Dawn and The legend of Black Jack made this list
Ahh!! thank you so much!! Have you read them? both great reads!
I'm so glad that The Children of Gods and Fighting Men was the top - I'm dying to read it!
Definetely!! thank you for sharing your thoughts and hopefully also convincing others to pick these up!!
I’ve read or have on my TBR the majority of the books on this list. Blood Over Bright Haven is one of my standout reads of 2024.
I’ve read all but 4 - spot 18 and 6 and 2which is on my tbr and spot 3!! I finished my arc of book three of children of gods and men last month!!❤

YAY!! Thank you!!! I know! it breaks my heart that Guns is rated so incredibly low!
Absolutely love your recommendation videos, thank you very much🤍
Ahh thank you so much! I am so happy to read that!
I really need to move Sword of Keegan up my tbr.
Pleeeease do so! I beg you!
YES! The beginning is a little rough but this book has the best fighting scene I've ever read and I keep thinking about some the scenes quite often to this day
The Empire of the Wolf trilogy and ML Wang's books are really criminally underrated. I just finish Trials of Empire yesterday and it blew me away!
I still need to finish book 3 in Empire of the Wolf!!! But yeah man, 100% underrated!
Great list, entertaining watch :)
Yay!! thank you! so happy you enjoyed yourself!

@@FunFantasyBooks if I ever get to that point I'll reach out to find out about them! Definitely nowhere near that stage as yet 😂

I am so glad to see Fireborne!!!! SO underrated (esp compared to that trash fourth wing)
I love your videos
Indeed read the ninth rain I loved it
Yay! So happy to read it!
Fireborne is a great book. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Definitely a 4.5 star read
Oh YES!! Thank you for sharing the love for Fireborne!
It's on my tbr! Hopefully I'll read it this year :D
Godkiller is best!
hahah so happy you also loved it!
I hope #3 will get more platforms to sell it. Or libraries to pick it. I cannot find it anywhere. Except Amazon and that's not an option for me.
Yeah, totally understand that! I also hope it gets more promoted!

Oh man! I live for Firebirne, Of Blood and Fire and Guns of the Dawn (although being fair, all books mentioned in your TBR are great!)
Fireborne is a class act trilogy to fourth wings' dumpster fire.
