Both are Good, in there point of view. For Dairy Products, dosen't mean which milk Company just need average fat percentage of milk, more milk more money. But for other medicinally use, like making Ayurvedic Medicine, they require Gir for ghee, milk and Urine.

GIR Cow is the best option, we should be dicorage the cross breeding and promote Gir cow or other desi cow breeding in india and Indian government should should also promote it by giving g certain subsidies to develope it. I wish if I could be in this business of cow breeding and milking business
@@sidha_pashudhan She is not a show cow, she is a family milking cow. I tested her for A2A2 because I have stomach issues. I also have a milking shorthorn we believe may be A2A2 because her milk doesn't bother my stomach. I will have her tested soon to find out for sure.

Brahman is a zebu breed developed in usa using 4 Indian cow breeds
