Got Our First Pure Breed “Gir Cow” from Gujarat

- We are putting all efforts to establish, a pure bloodline (‘Nasal’) gir cow farm in north India . And deliver highest and purest quality of desi Ghee.
Our ghee will be made from ancient Vedic methods, like Bilona method, slow cooking in earthen pots (mitti ka ghada).
Desi ghee made today are made from HF/ jersey cows or buffalo milk and contains A1 protein which is not good for humans .
Desi breeds are only 5-7% in India due to breed mixing. Breed mixing yields higher milk quality and hence is used by many dairy owners.
Hope Lord Krishna blesses us so we can excite our plan

1: घी के लिए चहिए दूध और दूध के लिए गाय को pregnant किया जायेगा, फिर गाय का बच्चा होगा, उस बच्चे का आप क्या करोगे?
2: गाय जब बूढ़ी हो जायेगी और दूध नहीं दे पाएगी तब उस बूढ़ी गाय का क्या करोगे?
3. सारे बछड़े और बूढ़ी गाय पालना आपके लिए financially संभव होगा क्या? क्योंकि भारत की Dairy industry हर साल लाखों गाय बछड़े सड़क पर छोड़ देती है।
Heart was so full of emotions after seeing the innocence & hard work of the boy. Please continue trading or anything financially with him. Lack of money has already killed the genunity of many, we are left with only few. 🙏🥺

It's more of a business plan than an initiative to rescue the cows. We as a human are only exploiting the animals for our benefits. I am not criticising anyone's work here but just concerned about how we treat the animals. We use horse for horse riding, carrying goods from here and there, using them in marriages, we are using double humped camels for logistical support to the troops in eastern Ladakh, elephants, donkeys, dogs, fish for home decor, whales, sharks and many more. I just get disheartened when I see the cart puller using a stick on these animals, using iron nails on horse shoe just to not making the horse shoe wear and tear but common they are not meant to run on the cemented roads. I know many will argue that why don't you start something like this to console them and help them, but trust me I will for sure. To sum up , yes I agree you are doing a great deed but so is everyone else who owns a farm. The question is what different are you doing for animals?

I live in Delhi and it is so disheartening that I saw a real gir cow for the first time in 21 years of my life we know a lot about dogs and cats and there is nothing wrong with that but the awareness about the animal whom we consider as a mother is negligible. thank u flying beast to genrate the awareness about the culture and let me believe that our ancestors and vedas had given us a lot .

I have heard in a program on animal husbandry that Gir belongs to Gujarat and her milk will be best in quality and quantity when she lives there. If you change the environment of the cow, it will affect the milk production. In your area, Sahiwal cow is the native. A Gir cow which gives 20 L milk in Gujarat might give just 8-10 L milk in other regions. Although you are doing a lot of research but I heard it on Doordarshan so thought of commenting.
But still kankrej breed cow milk is better than compared to Gir breed ....And also kankrej cow is very honest towards their owner and they can stay in any weather or atmosphere
i used to study in Nirma university during 2017 they started working on road nice to see somethings arent changed yet

Try marwadi cow as well they are small are were breed that Shri Krishna use to have.
They did not give to much milk but taste and quality is best. Low fat naturally sweet milk.
