When kakas who are selling pads give it properly wrapped up generally it gives a sense of security to girls. More than being embarrassed about it, it's more about privacy - a girl need not broadcast it to the world other than her immediate family who will obviously know.. if we start criticizing it as a bad thing girls might feel unnecessarily exposed... If these discussions are necessary we must realise these discussions are in fact intimate in nature and neighbours or people on street or every other person on internet should not be a part of it...
