Hi, sorry I don't have a 4k TV, but try checking out all of your display settings and see if 4k is available. Make sure to use a 4k able hdmi, too, like the one I'm using, which I didn't show. I don't think..

4k 60 doesn't work for me, only 4k 30...hdmi cable knows it, TV knows it...provided fw...I don't understand :(
