I'm Jahkra and I only just realised how terrible I was. The great thing about being in bronze is it's really easy to improve. I sincerely apologise for my select all army usage
In the last few days I discovered the joys of maxing out on roach hydra in under ten minutes. Also by starting protoss, I figured out how to hotkey my army properly

I really love Low Elo Protoss Players, it's like they've all unanimously agreed that there are only 4 strategies that have any chance of winning the game: Cannon Rush > DT's > Void Rays and the ultimate strategy of 2 base Carriers.

That Strategy might be a bit too complex for these heroes, making more than one production facility is Gold Level at-least.

I love that the game would've been maybe 12 minutes max if zerg knew how to not press f2 (that's default select all right?), or if toss knew how to ctrl+f1...

@@alusim8811 You dont always wanna send your whole army to do things. Click drag selecting or Ctrl+# to create groups easily selected is much better. The zerg player kept interrupting his attacks by sending his whole army all over the place

When i play protoss, and im not cannon rushed and its an actual fun legit game of no cheese, roach ravager does the trick for me, a friend told me it doesnt work, but it does for me, especially an army of roaches at 5 or 6 minutes or so, depending on my gameplay, i can get at 4 mins, idk, im only in silver leagues tier 1, but doing major studying right now.
i'd love to see a compilation of your worst bronze league hero introductions (not that this one was bad).

Pretty intense game from a newbie perspective.
This was a fun video, but as a new player i'm actually wondering how you should react to a cannon rush. Do you destroy the pylons with drones or do you try to stay safe until you get some units ?
Pylons are too tanky, try to kill the probe asap and put 3 drones on cannons if you see them being placed, 4 if you're late.
Then get some ravagers and kill all of the rest while getting detection because they will probably be going for dt :D
you can also split some ressources to kill probe with 6 roaches, to see it coming, put an overseer at the entry point and if you see a probe coming, you make 4 roaches to rush the probe, avoid having pilons placed because once they are, the canons are going to destroy you
First of all try to kill the probe, doesn't matter if 5 pylons are being built, if you kill the probe you're pretty much on the clear (obviously you should have blocked the ramp by now), if the cannons started being built already then pull 3-6 workers (you need 3 per cannon/pylon to stop them from being built) to shutdown wathever is the least of, if he made many pylons but just a few cannons focus on the cannons, if he made 1-2 pylons and the rest are just cannons focus on the pylons, if you catched it too late then you're in a rough spot and you'll need some ravagers to clear the cannons.
This is all for zerg only, if you're a terran you can just lift off if things get ugly and he will have wasted a lot of resources, but if you catch it early as Terran you just do what was said on the previous points, remember that SCVs can repair each other so you can tank some of cannon damage if it finishes warping with only a few HP left

+bourdier gustave no you don't. It's like saying the counter to drone rush is carriers. You won't have 6 roaches when they cannon rush you, unless you're up against a player so bad you can probably win by amoving your 12 starting workers into their main.

lmao I started protoss, and when you gotta use spell casters, you realise the importance of having multiple control groups. I now use hatch on 4 inject on 5 main on 1 spells on 2 and air on 3

Even me as a Zerg Player who looses against Blue-Flame Hellions on a regular basis knows how to see a Cannon Rush! If there is a Probe in your Base, the first thing you do is look around to see if there are any Pylons! And if yes make Zerglings to kill of the Probe, hold one or two lings back in your base and horace the shit out of the enemy since he prb didnt plan to defend himself!

Protoss is the Melee Jigglypuff of starcraft. It attracts annoying people. Gimmick after gimmick. That's why people hate them. They just learn to deal with them.
To be fair, people seem to think even playing as Protoss is cheese. Besides the cannon rush, everything else could be justified. Sneaking in DTs when there was no detection. Going Skytoss to counter roach/ravager. Plus he's so bad that playing with cheese is like playing normally. It's a handicap.
