Fantastic video! Really useful for understend how to do flow smulation, thank u!
Youre welcome, I hope you enjoy my video tutorial
Hi marco i make a new tutorial about this.
i hope you like it.
th-cam.com/video/_qubBlxAiH0/w-d-xo.html
Love this, very well done!
Thanks You😁
thanks for video. why did u select rotation sliding instead of averaging local region?
Thankx for tutoriel, really it was a fantastic and can you send me a geometrie ?
You can find the geometri design in my previous tutorial bro.
Hello, thank you for your support. It was really very useful. Does the propeller need to be concentric during the assembly process? Or do we need to fix it with a plane? I need your support on this matter.
Your welcome.
just make sure you make a right assembly procees
Hi dear
It seems that the direction of the impeller blades is designed in reverse!
Thank You
your welcome
Greetings, my dear. Just an observation I would like to make to you, which would be about the directional direction of the rotor vanes there that is unlike the direction of flow the discharge output of the volute.
thanks for advice
Dear Sir,
Kindly specify the answer to why for every selection. This answer will be very helpful for conceptual understanding. Remaining its easy to understand without knowing answer to why...
Thank you
Thanks You For Advice.
I hope you can enjoy my tutorial..
First of all, we have to know the concept of analysis.
i'am Still learn, Thanks You
HI
Where do you find and check the efficiency equation?
Thanks
Hi bro.
Efficiency formula is output power / input power x 100%
the curvature of vane in impeller is in opposite direction.
I hope this new Tutorial Can help you..
Thanks for comment and support in my channel.

Bad impeller rotation direction
Hi sir
I want to simulate this.
Can i get modeling part?
now my task is to design pumps for api610. thank you
just follow the tutorial
I want ask about the parameters. What's the head, rotational speed and flow rate? I need it to complete the CFD simulation.
Just Follow step by step Tutorial
surface goal of torque must be in Z direction?
i will try next tutorial
@ 21:50 during run, in the info section it gives me a warning that says "Warning Comment
Negative pressure Minimum pressure=-1.03487e+08 Pa; dV/V=90.8481"
How to fix this? I followed all your steps correctly until the first part of the video which is the making of the centrifugal pump. Please help :((
maybe you get wrong input in inlet parameter.
@@EngineerKoniago what timestamp is that on the video? is it the inlet in boundary condition?
in my case is the same it appears like a negative pressure, What I have to do now?
the same thing for me, i'm in solidworks 2022 and the part of analysis is different, there is an option with potencial pressure rotation when I do with that it goes negative when i do without it, it goes positive but it doesn't charge in the goal
same for me@@mechegarmez have you found the solution ?
How many iterations does it take for 1 hr calculation time
More that 10
I'm not able to do flow simulation
Fluid is flowing from outlet instead of inlet
Please help me sir
do it from inlet to outlet sir.
@neelrana3078 Did u get it right ....cuz even I faced the same issue
How to make it from inlet to outlet
You should have taken the torque in the Z direction
thank you for the advice, and I will learn more in the next video
Hey, can you explain why is it in Z direction?
Since the rotation axis of the propeller is the Z axis in the model, this torque needs to be checked. I recommend you check the axis in the design from the video.@@mahdielsaid6103
The torque is always express as a perpendiculare vector to the circular movement@@mahdielsaid6103
We want DWG file for above pump and impeller.please provide it
need more time
Not DWG file but the model itself even if it is in solidworks if possible provide model asap
Dear friend, efficiency never can be equal or -- even worst -- more than 100%, you made a mistake defining torque in X axis instead of Z. It's the first time I see a forward curved blade impeller for water. Thanks a lot for your video......!!
Thanks You
the calculation is finished without any result. can u help me
I think that done dude
Your impeller direction is wrong in design
thanks for your advice, it's will better in future
Hi mihir i make new tutorial about this.
i hope you like it

Warning Comment
Negative pressure Minimum pressure=-1.03487e+08 Pa;
How can I fix it? please help me
it means that the applied pressure is too small for the required range, maybe you can improve the parameters
Hello, thanks for the video: I have the same problem. Which parameters do you suggest to improve? I tried to change the boundary conditions but I couldn't fix it
Cant run mesh,
Status SOLVER ABNORMALLY TERMINATED! Please contact the support service.
Geometry is ok when I run Check Geometry.
What seems to be the problem? Thank you
sorry I don't know what the problem is, but try again checking the mesh parameters
@@EngineerKoniago found the problem thanks
@@johncarloongtengco5974 hi may I know what is the problem, I can’t solve the problem
@@chungzhilin1353 Found the solution for this from my professor. The Fluid Region must must be bigger than the impeller. Worked For me
The orientation of the blades is wrong.

look this.

Negative pressure Minimum pressure=-3.65668e+07 Pa; dV/V=84.7305 what shouls i do can you give me step by step process
How did you fix it
I have this warning too. How did u solve it?
@@saurabhninganiya Have you found the solution?
Efficien = 1.7???
in my calculation is 1.7
in my calculation is 1.7
could you please share the 3D files for us to practice, thank you
