Being a lifelong Pats fan, watching him in another uniform killed me. I used to like the Bucs, but it made me hate them for a few years. I couldn't help it. Now that he's home where be belongs, I can finally be happy for them. Deep down i was happy for him, but like a jealous x.

The Pats weren't finished being the AFC joke when the Bucs came in to the joke of the NFC. We watched you guys with Alstott and crew. This Pats fan finds it a strange kind of satisfying that the Buccaneers were the ones to get the Brady excellence and magic because even though you were stacked, without TB12, no one was picking you. And as a member of a fanbase who was dismissed for the first forty years, I know well that that satisfaction is fairly rare.
      Carry on.

Look, I’m a Baltimore Ravens fan and remember every time we got to play B.B and Brady during the regular season or having the chance to play them in one of the biggest games of the playoffs just to JUSTIFY that we didn’t get an “Off Year” and we beat the best to become the best! Besides whatever team Manning was playing or some other AFC Team that got hot at the right time once a few years it was always the SAME teams battling it out. B.B knew that John Harbaugh coming to Baltimore things were in a different era, but we were in for the long haul bc we have proven it year after year. I hated playing them every time, but CANNOT deny when you got to see greatness. Both of them were and are great and respect the heck out of both of them! Class act once again by Robert Kraft and most importantly class act by both B.B and Brady! Respect from Baltimore!

I’m glad Bill and Tom’s relationship is healing. It was sad to Terry have so much bitterness with the Steelers for a while. I think Bill was critical for the first three Super Bowls and Tom was more critical in the last three. Tom needed Bill because he gave a six round quarterback a chance, and stayed with him when Drew came back. Bill needed Tom because Tom allowed Bill to coach him hard…which allowed Bill to hold all the players to the same standard. Not a Patriots fan, but Tom became the Goat 🐐 in my eyes 👀 after he led his team to a victory over the Falcons in the Super Bowl.

I think we all made too much of the animosity. I’m not saying it wasn’t real, but…
    1) The media loves a good story, so it naturally gets played up.
    2) It’s sports. It’s a competition. Emotions are high when the animosity IS really going on.
    3) The animosity also gets overplayed because of the whole narrative of “who gets credit for New England’s success”. Brady killed that in a beautiful way. (And, as an aside… he’s right. It wasn’t just the right thing to say. It was correct. Everyone now gives Brady the credit because Belichick struggled when Brady left. But Brady is likely not even a thing if Belichick isn’t there. People seem to forget that Bledsoe injury seasons. There were THREE times when Brady could’ve been sidelined. When Bledsoe went down Brady wasn’t even the backup. He was the third string. But I think Belichick liked Brady - it was HIS pick - and I think he sensed the seriousness of Bledsoe’s injury, so we go with the longer-term young guy than the patchwork older backup… second, when Bledsoe was ready to return, there was a huge QB controversy; Belichick stuck with Brady… third is when Brady wrenches his ankle in the Pittsburgh game and Bledsoe comes in and pretty much lays the hammer down - who starts the Super Bowl?; Belichick goes with Brady. Brady’s career is over before it starts were it not for Belichick. He would’ve been riding the pine in New England into his mid to late 20s before ever getting a shot. Without Belichick, there is no Brady. Without Brady, there is no Belichick. So, Brady wasn’t just being dignified and saying the right thing for the moment. He was being honest. It was beautiful.)

Based on their mascot and name, which represents real America Patriots, shouldn't it be a blue jacket like Bob Kraft is wearing?! Not a traitorous RED COAT, which is what Brittan's Army in the The Revolutionary War famously wore!

They lose the ideal that it is a team sport, yes TB12 was an excellent QB however he also needs WRs to catch the passes and lineman to protect him so he can throw the ball.

Comments like this is why the internet is a shithole. The entire ceremony was about the players with just Tom at the center, just like on the field. Everyone, most notably Tom, continously spoke to team over individual. Yet, here you are, sharing your thoughts.

Belichick had 2 Super Bowl rings as DC for the NY Football Giants, long before Brady even set foot at Michigan. His defensive plan for SB XXV has long been respected & emulated.
Now go back to glazing Brady in your lil hole. You seriously missed the point of the event - the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. 🙄
