That fox half-time crew seem to be really tight. The elation everyone had for Jimmy was legitimate. It's really cool to see the joy people have for another.
I'm a die hard Packer fan through and through, but that moment seeing Johnson light up, Bradshaw's elation, and Aikman's tears, that's a special moment that will be forever etched in my mind. Fox Sports, well done capturing those awesome reactions.
So deserving of it too. He was an excellent coach and knew talent when he seen it as well as putting together the right mix of players on the field. He didn’t put up with much b.s. even from the top players. He demanded respect and gave it as well. Congrats coach!
I remember when I saw David Baker walk in, I started screaming because I was so happy for Jimmy Johnson. Then the look on his face, his teary eyes just gave me the feels & I started crying. As a fan of MANY years of the Dallas Cowboys, I was so very happy for Coach Johnson.
@@4RXLA Probably 5 or 6 championships in the 90s. Probably named most dominant team in franchise history... thanks to JJ they only ended up with 3...smmfh!!!!

Try being a 49ers fan right here in the DFW area around that time in 92 after my Niners losing the NFC championship game to them at the stick and him producing his most famous line in cowgirls history How bout them cowboys
I'm a Cowboys fan but the best fights between the Cowboys and 49ers were in the '90s. We may see those great fights [we're seeing them now] again today.
@@ernieojeda Living in Dallas, you have my full support 100% as long as Jerry's alive. The day Johnson left as coach, is the day I stopped watching them. 25 years ago and counting.
I'm a Cowboys fan from the ground to the How bout them cowboys sound. A man from Oak Cliff who loved Tom Landry and the old Cowboys. But Jimmy brought a whole attitude to the team and the City fell in love with the new era. Man, I teared up on this one. Congratulations Coach Johnson. DC4L
Says a lot about the man. In the biggest honor and moment a football player/coach/staff can get, all he could conjure up was all the work and players and staff that sacrificed for him. That right there is a leader folks through and through
As an Eagles fan, watching Dallas do what they did in the early 90's really hurt but gotta give credit and respect where it's due. Coach Jimmy Johnson truly deserved that honor!!!!!
My dad is a big Cowboys fan and I grew up watching them my dad was able to see them win those Super Bowl Championships and I didn't but seeing Jimmy Johnson getting told he will be in the hall of fame was a great moment for me and my dad to see
I've been a HUGE Jimmy Johnson fan since his days at The U. This moment brought tears to my eyes when it happened. I was soooooooo excited for him. Long overdue!!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Jimmy Johnson was the reason the Cowboys were a dynasty in the 90's. He was An outstanding head coach for the Cowboys, those teams were so well coached and dominant on both sides of the ball.. 3 championship proved that. He really deserved that induction in the Hall.
@@johnstarks65 Jeez dude, get real. That was still Johnson's team. Anyone of us could have 'coached' that 1995 team and still won the Lombardi. For Switzer, it was a case of right place, right time.
That was a special moment. I remember watching it and I got a little bit emotional. I'm not a cowboy fan, as a matter of fact I love when they lose but Jimmy deserved to be in the Hall of Fame because he was a great coach and he knew what it took to win
Growing up as a Cowboys fan- Jimmy was my coach. I was too young to be around or remember the days of Landry, so this was my guy! I love Jimmy, he's an incredible, humble man. True legend, so deserving!
Jimmy was(and still is) a great football mind, but what made him successful is the fact he’s in people’s business more than anything else. The way he handled the star-filled 90s Cowboys and the inner-city kids from Miami U to be better people and act like a team is what make him a legend.

I remember watching that game and when Jimmy Johnson received the announcement. That was really special. I can't imagine how difficult it must have been to keep that secret.
Terry Bradshaw’s reaction is so friggin great. He’s genuinely elated.
That is a friend
I'll call BS on that because during the Hof game TB was throwing alot of underline jabs at Jimmy and Jerry relationship.
@@sethmorgan833 you have to understand why though? Bradshaw didn’t like how jimmy was treated at the end of coaching for Dallas.
That fox half-time crew seem to be really tight. The elation everyone had for Jimmy was legitimate. It's really cool to see the joy people have for another.
If you watch the full announcement, it looks like Bradshaw try's to "steel" the moment. Makes himself the center of attention.

Everyone was a Cowboy for a few minutes
I’m a die hard Packers fan too but this hit me in the feels
Classy move Green Bay fan. Be blessed!
Jimmy Johnson should've been in the HOF before Jerry Jones
Been watching JJ since I was a kid. Going back to his coaching days with Miami. Still one of my favorite all time moments in football history.
Me too
Respect
He was coach when MD Terrapins had an epic comeback over Miami!

Treat a man as he is, and he will remain what he is, treat a man as he could be, and he will become what he should be.

Along with Troy and Emmitt.. I wish I could have seen Michael Irvin’s reaction.. that would’ve been amazing
Most emotional moment on TV ever
I think Jerry Jones crying when he said he F’d it all up with Jimmy was more emotional. Oh what could have been…
