How? I looked on wiki and saw that the franchise in half of Europe (including the Italian one) is in the hands of a Swiss company (coca-cola hbc) which also owns Acqua Lilia in Italy, but this water doesn't sell much.

1 ton of coke is about 1k liters, just add about 3-4% on top for all the dissolved sugar but its pretty easy to convert if you round down. Considering the traded volume using tons makes sense imo. But a per Capita comparison would be much more insightful indeed.

@@CarlosMartinez-is1xz No sé de qué parte seas tú, pero aquí en Ciudad Juárez (Chihuahua) sí bebemos Coca-cola en los desayunos; aquí es muy común comerte unos ricos burritos como desayuno (por cierto, los de asado rojo y los de chicharrón prensado son los mejores👍), y créeme cuando te digo que nada queda mejor para acompañarlos que una rica cocota bien helada.
Podría decirse que los sandwiches también los acompañamos con una Coca-cola; te explicó: aquí en Ciudad Juárez (lo explico por si no eres mexicano), tenemos unas variante del sandwich, una es la "torta" y la otra es el "lonche lagunero", y ambas suelen acompañarse con una Coca-cola o con una soda/refresco de manzana.

@@JoseMartinez-ge3gh soy tabasqueño y acá es casi lo mismo pero en lo personal prefiero desayunar con un agua de frutas en el trabajo o chokomil, horchata bien fría o hasta café pero poco aunq mucha gente si desayuna con coca cola y por supuesto en las comidas del resto del día la coca no falta
