I'm going to be honest, the third game was a massive improvement with bosses compare to the second game. Luau LePunch is just a faster more unpredictable version of Sarge and Radley got some new attacks so he doesn't constantly use the rocket sauce attack.
LePunch is easy if you time a jump on him before he can jump up again. Can be tricky, but at least Sarge takes either a direct hit or a few projectiles to be damaged.
yeah sarge could be easily camped too in pl2 plus he only took 3 hits to beat with most chars
he was only an actual challenge with sarge fan where he took 12 hits
Just goes to show that even that many years ago, in the original game, with those limited recourses you can still make an awesome game that people still love today. I love Flipline Studios.

Little did he know, Wendy purposefully built it larger than the garage door. When it came time to defend the fort, Sarge wasn’t able to get The Crusher out without bringing down the whole fort.

@@euamogranizo Yes but sarge had less hearts. This wasn't about the tank. This was about sarge's hp. In papa louie 1 sarge had way more hp than he did in papa louie 2.

Usually, most characters need to hit him like 4 times before he degrades down. Some characters for some reason are able to hit him once and degrade him.
I have to say, out of all 3 bosses in the "Papa Louie" platform games, my favorite is Luau LePunch. He's a Hawaiian themed French boxer, with fast-throwing punches, and his face is a bowl of punch. Even for a bad guy, he's pretty cool.

Despite how hard it is, I will always love this game!
The hardest boss for me was Le-punch because on his last heart, he started sliding and jumping every second.

Radley Madish (i still remember calling him just "Profesor Radish" when i was kid): you think he is a joke but then you chase him and watch out for intakill spikes that chase YOU. not so hard

Radley's submarine: OH NO! UNDERWATER CHASE- wait it isn't that hard... Checkpoint huh? second phase WILL not be a Water battle probably... but Swim dash was useful
Radley's Rocket: this fight is so good that i think they PREDICTED that making PL4 will be difucult in 2020+ so they made THE BEST boss in PL series thus far...

To be fair, we don't actually know the exact extent of what was going on in his mind while playing the game. He could've been freaking out for all we know.
Usually if one were to freak out about taking damage, they will just take more damage and eventually die. That's why I just try not to freak out because I know the boss is simple enough to beat.

For the final boss of Papa Louie 3, I actually recommend Utah or other swim boost characters. At least for the first half. For the second half, aka the actual fight, I use dash characters like Akari, double jump characters like Scooter, or long range weapon normal characters like Chuck or Yui.

you got only 1 in 1st game (which IS weird beacuse you got like 12 other levels and Tutorial) and rest got 10 levels: 8 normal, Madish and X Zone... 4th Stage i boss Battle and Madish level is... you know... but i would like to have Helmetless Sarge in Papa Louie 1 Remake in level 4 or anyone else... remake would probably have 8 levels, Sarge and X Zone so yeah. and PL4... when will those Tacos Attack!?
