Dogs really are man's best friend they care about us so much in return for caring about them, I am glad he got another dog he really does care about these animals base on his reaction
Im the same. Have 2 dogs at all times. Never have i hotten rid of a dog for anything but old age or if vet says they will be suffering if not put down. Destroys me when i loose a dog. All my dogs have same rights and love as all my family and have total run of house. Never believed in kennels for dogs but just my opinion.after loosing my left leg christmas morning of 2021. I was ready to give up , having to tske care of my dogs gave me the strength to go on. Both fogs are large one is a 90lb austrailian shepsrd and dsisy is a st.bernard / bullmastif mix that is 145lbs so its a struggle to care for them but would give other leg and both arms to keep them happy.
@@milkshager3451 I wouldn't even be able to afford to feed it or give it attention because I spend all my time working. Also I like being alone so having to take care of a dog would probably make me unhappy.

I know that smell. It's intoxicating. When you wake up in the morning and your puppy is crawling over your head with his belly in your face...I doubt heaven is that pleasant.
When I lost my dog another one made her way into my heart, it didn't replace the hole in my heart but it helped mend it and I made a new place in my heart for the new dog; all of my past pets are still in my heart, not forgotten not replaced. Sometimes getting another pet can be the best way of healing, it helps you move on and focus on something else..the new little light in your life
Yeah for me it helps to care for another animal to give them the happiness I wish I could still give to my other they aren’t replaced they just have a new place in my heart and take over the role but not the feelings

Ppl say you can’t replace a loved dog, which is true il never ever forget my lil shadow, but it can be healed alil if you get a new pup and it might be the soul of yr last dog , I believe that 100% , they know you still want and need them ❤❤❤
My wife and I have had dogs for almost 50 years. We have been without one for several months now. We will soon rescue a pooch and bring joy and happiness back into our lives
We had a black Lab, EMMA. She died at 9 1/2. We decided to have her euthanasized on a a Tuesday. With my son helping her into his bed that night, she died there and took that pain away from us. THAT, THAT is why dogs are mans/woman's best friend. She died a year after my wife. They are together today. 18 years ago, I still miss them both😢😢😢

Wouldnt trade my dog for the world and honestly im not a small dog person but my small poodle cross is my constant companion and i wouldnt change her for the world after almost 10 years together.
