If i try to slow it down or ramp it speed down to 50%, will it be still smooth and keep the 30 frames? Because if i slow down my 30 fps clip, it will have jitter and unpleasant 15 fps clip
Sadly I can't get my GPU to render the video. When I check taskmanager it's not utilizing the GPU. :/ Edit: looks like it's using 3- 5% of my gtx980. I also found out in another thread that x264 does not necessarily utilize the GPU much.

x264 has to be selected to interpolate frame tho I think.
