    I have the oralift and will start to use it again. I over-used it when I switched to the larger blocks and suffered pain on my left side (I have tmj on left side), the pain lasted almost 17 months, I am ready to start over from the beginning and do it properly…. I do wonder how much the oralift has helped you, as the micro current seems to be doing great things!! (Oh my, what else is in your routine?!)
    Goals!!

    Hi Jane, I think the before and afters are astounding. I don't see why some people can't see the changes. Question for you: I just ordered an Oralift and I am wondering if you can use it and also do the Jawzercise program (where you use the jaw "balls") to strengthen your jawline. Would that be too much? Thank you.

    photo two has lighting that makes your face look different. For example, your eyes are darker in photo two, your nose looks larger in photo two. I don't see any difference in lines around your mouth area but your lips look larger in photo two as well. Not much else is different but I don't think the Orilift changed your eye color, made your lips larger or made your nose larger. I think it's lighting.

    I use the OraLift and stick to the schedule they sent up but have heard others who use all the time with no 4 month breaks. Sometimes in the middle of the 4 months off I feel I want to use it because I hold a lot of tension in my jaws when under stress. I'm afraid to step out of the box. Do you stick to the OraLift plan or have your own?

      A mouth guard is amazing for protecting you teeth from the clenching and grinding; however the Oralift is more of an exercise of stretch to help reprogram the facial muscles. If you go to their website (www.oralift.com) you can learn more about it!

    I bought the Oralift over a year ago, but was not able to fit it properly, so I stopped using it. My mouth is very small, so when I pressed the heated device on my teeth to fit it, there was so much excess plastic on the sides of the mold that it rubbed up against my gums and was very uncomfortable. Any suggestions/tips for fitting/using when you are very petite would be appreciated.

    I don't mean to put any one or anything down but I honestly think that other than a nice glow on your face in the recent photo, the photo from 3 years ago looks younger especially when I focus on the area around the mouth. I'm mostly concerned with marionette lines, those seem to be deeper and more defined on the right hand side. To me they definitely look softer on the left side. But maybe it's just the lighting. I trust that you're a good judge and that you really to see an improvement. It's just that I find it odd that I don't see the huge difference like everybody else seems to.

      Are you sure? She had droopy mouth corners,droopy eyes, wider nose with uneven nostrils, flat thinner lips,very wide forehead,flat cheeks,open pores,uneven mouth and nose,one side of her face was droopy,had sunken eyes,her eyebrows looked droopy too,now her features looks balanced ,younger,firmer and rejuvenated. Yes she does have slight lines around mouth,but in the process of rejuvenating it does happen with the OralifT than somehow they will disappear. I had folds around my mouth,they smoothed and than fine lines replaced them, now they are slightly fading. Hopefully they will totally fade with time and use. Yes she does have some sagging on her jaws line but nothing that a good facial yoga won’t help. I do think that she looks great!

      @Skinbyjanemann  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Mira Na. Great point. I do! (I don't use Nira,) I definitely do microcurrent consistently and RLT. However, I a firm believer in the effects of facial tension and over programed muscles due to involuntary actions like clenching. Our facial muscles are involuntary to emotion... So even we we sleep; there is a possibility that your facial muscles are over working. The Oralift acts like a giant reset button and relaxes and tone the muscles.
