You just are spacing the golf course. It’s been mentioned many times. For example, that’s why they could source the golf carts for Jessica Knappit’s live action Mario Carts.
Damn, I had somehow forgotten about that "move the ball with only water" task. I'd love to see another version of that again someday on a future series. lol
It was a UK TV show where teams would do a variety of tasks and the winners would earn time in a giant bubble that had cash flying around in it you had to catch to keep. Its kinda like the American shows Legends of the Hidden Temple or GUTS but with adults. Similar to Wipeout or Takeshi's Castle (MXC) but with a lot more puzzles and not just people falling down.
Why are you pretty sure of that? Once he understood the pattern of the types of words being used, this is exactly the type of thing that Paul's mind is good at.
Yeah, Rhod cheated by "finding" a Tangerine/Satsuma In a sock, Kerry Cheated by having the crew yank a boiler suit off of her with strings rather than do an actual quick change, Roisin cheated by riding a hobby horse ride whilst painting a horse.
None of those are cheating (Rhod’s can be argued.) Cheating is sneaking a plug back in a drain, dumping a cup of tea in a bucket while walking by, and eating watermelon after the whistle has blown.
Strings are very common in actual quick change acts.... If it's done as part of a magic act, it'll just be covered up with smoke or feathers or something for half a second, but it's absolutely something used legitimately in those types of performances. If that's "cheating" I'm not sure you know how true "quick change" works in great detail.
None of those were cheating, they were just examples of contestants thinking outside the box and trying to find a loophole in the wording of the task. The only cheating that's happened on Taskmaster is when contestants have done things that the task specifically states they're not allowed to do and then tried to cover up their actions in the hope that little Alex Horne wouldn't notice (such as removing the plug from the bathtub when the task specifically states that the plug must not be removed, or pouring a cup of tea into bucket B when the task specifically states that all the liquid in bucket B must come from bucket A).
And he had the free will to participate in this series. I'm sure if he was truly in insufferable pain, he could have bailed out even after filming just one or two tasks and they could've found someone to replace him.

I would love you to watch an episode with Paul on the chase so you can see him operating. The man’s a quiz machine.
Constantinople is the former name of Istanbul from the Byzantine era named after Constantine
Constantinople is the old name for the city of Istanbul.
They might be Giants had a song called "Istanbul (Not Constantinople)" that goes over the history pretty well.
I legit thought of my cat when he said he would want to hold most
"You've written Phil!!"
As soon as they said the final task was a spelling based one I knew Paul would win
I’m surprised no one in the comments has - as of yet - gone into an explanation of what the Crystal Maze is, or was.
Is it still going on?

@@bobothn, ah, there it is!
Thanks for being a good sport.
I am pretty sure Iain threw the last task to let Paul win an episode.

I know this probably won’t happen, but I’d love to see you do reaction videos to some wrestling content, like PWG.
🎵"Istanbul was Constantinople, now it's Istanbul, not Constantinople" 🎵
Yeah, we saw a little too much of Phil's Wang!
Brooklyn 99 will be on netflix on Monday in the USA
You don't know that Istanbul was Constantinople, but it's Istanbul now not Constantinople? How sad. lol

You forgot to mention PotatoGate.
