I see these all the time in FL and this is the first time I've ever seen anyone wear a helmet while driving or riding in one. Although it definitely makes sense to do so.

What do you do when it rains or snows? How do you stay dry or warm?
Most people in my area rent these things,but to each his own,not sure if it's worth the asking price for ownership.
They come in at 20k. This version is not worth the money. Base model with a 600 dollar performance upgrade from Polaris will get the same horsepower. 10k in savings.

Oregon yes you do, or do you, have to have a motorcycle endorsement? They asked me if i had one if i wanted to purchase it. I do have it but didnt buy a slingshot.
I looked it up in the oregon laws. No endorsement needed but sales ppl are not informed. Some cops say you do need the endorsement. Lol. So if you got a ticket in oregon you could easily fight it in court
Not Here in Stuart fl only a value driver license and if you only want to wear a helmet you can you choice
Do you get dirty driving the slingshot?
Hi! Thanks for watching and great question. When I drove the Slingshot in lite rain, I got a little wet but not much because I had the roof option and the larger front screen option. I've never driven the Slingshot in heavy rain, so I can't speak to that. Thanks for watching. Juliana
