    I installed my kit to my slingshot over the past few days!
    I can't believe I how easy this process was! I have ABSOLUTELY NO MECHANICAL EXPERIENCE.

      This using the expendable fuse keep your battery from dying. I ran from battery and it kills my battery

    It the stick on the led's comes off, and super glue is not recommended, how should I stick them back on? I know zip ties can be used, but you can't place 30 zips on 12 inches of light.

    What If it unsticks can I use superglue to stick it back on?

    • @ledglow

      We dont recommend that.

    Just one little typo on the Narrator's script to point out, on the ground wire.
    He says "Attach a ring terminal connector to the black wire from the fuse box.." It should have said from the control box instead.

    Regarding the 20 piece, 32, and 50 piece kit, beyond the obvious answer that 50 piece has more lights than the 20 piece, is there a guide on which one is best to order for the Slingshot and where the lights would be installed for each size kit?

    • @ledglow
      @ledglow  ปีที่แล้ว

      You could put lights on the interior. We did not do that in this video.

    Will this kill my battery having the control box connected to constant power?

  • @jeffreywong6062
    @jeffreywong6062 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Should’ve attached the fuse to a ignition power instead to avoid dead battery or a low voltage disconnect

  • @officialdoughbae675

    So this led system connects to fuse box and not the battery? How long do these lights last?

    • @ledglow
      @ledglow  ปีที่แล้ว

      Can be connected to both. Whichever you prefer.

    Do they work if you cut the led strips?

    • @ledglow
      @ledglow  ปีที่แล้ว

      Only if it is the strips that are meant to be cut.

      Ok I bought and received it.. I’m surprised there isn’t a chart of where each light goes like a map that is all that’s missing.. or do you guys have a in-depth video of where each one goes?

      It's up to your discretion on where you want to install the lights.

      @@ledglow what wire do you hook the blue wire to in order to get the brake light function working properly???

    • @ledglow
      @ledglow  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The brakes are controlled opposite than what the controller does. Meaning the brake system on the Slingshot runs on a negative power system, while our control box runs on a positive power system. A relay can be used, but that is the only way.
