- Hey Sunshines! My Los Angeles Apartment Tour Is Finally Here!!
Welcome to my Humble Abode!!
I live in a central location to Los Angeles, about five minutes from LAX Airport. There are tons of others things nearby which is part of the reason I chose this place. I was looking for somewhere close to work. And this place was a score.
I filmed this about 9 months ago when I first moved in and I've had a great time living here. However, I am ready for more space and I'm hoping to be moving into a 1 to 2 bedroom apartment very soon! This is my first place without a roommate (although my boyfriend lives here to.)
I've had alot of fun filming this! Let me know if you enjoyed this by giving this video a THUMBS UP!!

Bye Sunshines!!
Love it.. I got a 500 SF studio when I moved back to LA from San Diego.. I loved it actually, just needed more space after close to a year and a half, but no issues with it!
A little late, but congratulations on moving to la! our styles are so similar and I'm glad you found a place for yourself and made it a home! I hope you are doing well!! Sending you positive energy and the best of luck on your path :)
reminds me of the apartment complex from the tv show LA Complex
Amazing
What website did you use to find your apartment? Its so hard finding a decent place that doesn't have reviews saying its roach infested ugh lol.
+Nappyboi I searched craigslist, and Zillow. Thank you for watching
how much is a place like this
hi! does your landlord allow you to drill holes in the wall? which area is this? thanks!
HI she did allow me to drill holes, but the costs for that "damage" was taken out of my security deposit when I moved out. This area was Hawthorne, about one mile from the LAX airport.
Hi i love your apt. Whats the price range for a studio apt. I plan to move there soon
+kesha jay Thanks! The range is about 850 -1200
Thank you for responding!
+Spoiled Little LA Girl does that 850-1200 just cover rent alone or does this include everything from electric, water, and so on?
It honestly varies. Different apartments have different offers. Most of the apartments in the area I live in pay water and trash. While I take care of the electricity, gas, and internet. My electricity bill has only been about 6 bucks for the whole year. Hope that was a bit helpful! And thanks so much for watching!!
What is your advice for newly graduates just fresh out of college and want to afford to live in LA, with lets say a 30,000 or 40,000 income yearly. Is that enough for someone to live alone in LA?
