    the m.semimembranosus goes to the medial condyl of the tibia not the femur

      I quite agree with you about the insertion of the m. semimembranosus. It ends on the medial condyl of the tibia and not the femur, otherwise it would not be able to move the knee joint. I was just about to write a comment on that, when I saw your comment.
