I did a beginning of the year and middle-ish year flip of my 2023 Common Planner so I wanted to do a final flip for y'all. Hopefully it may inspire ideas for your bound systems. If you like the weeks, you owe it to yourself to try Catherine’s and N2 it’s amazing how much extra room you get with no quotes and with the pages the width as the cover… she has vertical and horizontal

You are literally all of us putting VDS planners in the cart and then deleting it haha I've setup my reference binder in personal size too and it took ages... but I have a gorgeous personal wide Gillio staring at me on my bookshelf. Love the video! 💕
I’ve been watching Sam Plans. She’s on a no buy and is inspiring me. I have purchased WAY too many things lately. I just recently ordered a weeks size from Sterling Ink that…I don’t know if I need it. I do have a purpose for it, so I guess there’s that. But I have to stop. Or sell a bunch of stuff so I can justify the money spent. 😂 I feel you tho…those VDS covers… 💜
That’s why I love your videos because you are so real and that makes me feel like there is someone out there like me! I just do me and what I feel like that day! I have empty pages also! I keep all of my journals calendars\journals
I appreciate the thought you put into your videos and the information links. I enjoy sitting through you full videos (it's like a visit with a friend) but for me I can see how the info links might be helpful to go back and reference a topic you shared/discussed that I may want to revisit at a later time. Thanks for sharing your flip through. It may have given me some ideas as I am working on setting up the month of Feb in my bujo. Great video!
Really enjoyed you talking through all the things. I’m trying to do a low buy and a “shop my own stash first” type of deal. I just got in to daily journalling and it was nice to have washi and stickers ready to go to decorate the page!

Love it! Went from my B6 to an A6 sterling in CP. 😱 And I'm in love. Sadly I changed about 15-20 times between B6 and A6 and was wasteful in purchasing 😬 but I am truly smitten right now.

I’m the exact same way when it comes to memory keeping. It has to be in a bound book. I have never been able to plan without permanent references that I organize with dividers. It’s why I use rings too. I’m in an a6 hobonichi and a personal rings. I have 1 undyed vds and I have 2 Gillio undyed for both my personal rings and my a6 hobonichi. I have a theme going on here too. Undyed and light brown ❤

I love this. What do you say to the people who want your attention on your "re-charge" weeks?
It took me a long time to realize that I have agency over my schedule. Just because someone wants to hang out with me at a specific time doesn't mean they are entitled to my time. Most of the people in my life are VERY gracious and know how much I have going on so it's not a problem. But, if there is a person that is wanting to hang out on a recharge week, I simply let them know that week won't work for me and ask if we can push to the following week. You aren't obligated to tell a person why.... I just need to let them know that won't work with my schedule. Now, we are pastors of a church and so there are emergencies that come up and I do have to be flexible with those cases. But for the most part, the people I have chosen to surround myself with are super understanding of my recharge needs and are happy to connect on a week that I can. The people who won't be gracious with that are probably folks you really don't want in your life anyway, ya know? Hope that helps and thanks so much for watching! xoxo
