    Your comment about keeping track of time helped me realize that a vertical weeks may be better for me. Thanks.

    Love the purple. I’m so tired of all the beige-y brown stuff.❤️🇨🇦

    I love what you did with this planner. It’s really cool. I’ve got some questions though (obviously lol!):
    1) the waiting on list at the bottom of your weekly: do you write it directly on the day you placed the order? And do you move it around each week until the parcel arrives?
    2) would you mind sharing your work planner or more like a walkthrough of your work planner system? I’d really appreciate that.

    • @rachelonpaper
      @rachelonpaper  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! To answer Q1, when I've used the waiting list, I add to it whenever I place an order (and I'll create that section if I wasn't waiting on anything before placing that order) and then I rewrite it each week until the order arrives. I like the process of rewriting it weekly so I can catch if something is delayed or if I need to follow up with a shop owner. and to answer Q2, a flip through of my work planner is in the works for this fall! I'm trying to figure out some things because I do a lot of work planning digitally too and I want to show both the digital and analog tools I use. But that said, please stay tuned!

    As I'm contemplating how I'm going to set up my 2024 B6 Common Planner, I'm so glad I stumbled on your video. Lots of great ideas! I also bought the passport size with no idea why. It's soooo tiny. lol I know this is from 3 mos ago, but I'd like to say thanks for sharing your set up.

    I saw your goal of wanting to get back into reading, and Zodiac Academy series and the book Fourth Wing will def help you get back into it!

      Thanks for the recommendations! I'm definitely curious about Fourth Wing since I've been seeing it everywhere.

    I love your planner and spread style. And peeking into someone else's planner is so fun. Happy belated birthday to your little one! I placed my Sterling Ink preorder, and then placed ANOTHER order a few days later. It makes me nervous to decide on my 2024 systems so early. But I'm currently a Hobo Cousin and Weeks user and feel like the jump to Sterling Ink isn’t that far. I ordered the A5 compact full year, the N2 (Weeks) compact horizontal full year, and the Passport compact horizontal full year.

    New to your channel so I’m watching your past vids! I adore the idea of putting your word of the year right in front and planner intentions. I am ordering the common planner this year after being a hobonichi girl for so long. I’m getting the weeks size if I can, b6 as backup! I’m v excited. I like your planner style! 🌸

    Sterling ink has now come out with monthly booklets in different sizes. So far the B6 is working well for me. I’m thinking that maybe a small monthly calendar for on the go and the B6 would be a great combo for 2025

    Love the way you use this planner. I am going into the Common Planner A5 for next year so I love seeing how you used the B6. What pens are you using? I like the way it looks in your weeklies.

    • @rachelonpaper
      @rachelonpaper  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you! My go-to pens in this planner are either a Pilot Vanishing Point fountain pen (fine nib) with DeAtramentis Ink or the Zebra Sarasa Dry 0.4 gel pen.

    How wide are the columns in the weekly spread?

    • @rachelonpaper
      @rachelonpaper  ปีที่แล้ว

      Just measured it & it's a hair wider than 1 and 1/8th an inch wide. I'd recommend watching @sterlingink's youtube videos-- she compares the width of the B6 common planner to other planners with similar vertical layouts (e.g., the cousin, the wonderland 222, etc.)

    Cara Rachel, ti seguo dall'italia da un po ' di tempo e voglio dirti che ti adoro. Condivido sempre ogni tua espressione, utilizzando agende e diari da sempre. Devi sapere che ho 55 anni. E che da te imparo sempre e mi confronto. Nonostante l'eterno conflitto dell'agenda unica.....che non è possibile se sei un pianificatore compulsivo, e la pagina già compilata, ritengo i tuoi video sempre riflessivi , ben consapevoli e pieni di spunti. Io da anni utilizzo l'hobbonici a 5 (anche diario), la weeks e un notes b6 (che io chiamo diario spazzatura.....che invece è quello che mi porto dietro per annotare tutto....es. trek, viaggi,note dei libri ecc.= bujo) Quando non mi è possibile portare con me tutto l'armamentario.....quest'anno grazie a te sperimentero' la common planner ma solo per ob. per la cura personale che a oggi, nella mia vita necessitano di uno spazio tutto loro. La tua caratteristica che apprezzo di più è lo sperimentare. Inoltre nei tuoi video parli veloce e non mi addormento e il decoro (che mi piace ma non ho tempo) ha uno spazio relativo......e tutto sto problema per il recupero della memoria e gli spazi vuoti????? Ma chissenefrega! Pianificare è solo un mezzo per essere più consapevoli del presente. Tu mi aiuti in tutto ciò. Ti ringrazio giovane y.t. Apprendo ora che hai un bimbo. Un abbraccio a tutti e due!❤

    What pens do you typically use. I saw someone else complain about bleed through. :(
    Love you planning style! :D

    • @rachelonpaper
      @rachelonpaper  ปีที่แล้ว

      thank you! I typically use a fountain pen (the pilot vanishing point with a fine nib with DeAtramentis Document Ink). If not, I use the Zebra Sarasa Dry 0.4. I haven't had any issues with bleed through with either of those pens.
