If I don't have those bands right now that you're using, can a lace from a tennis work as a substitute? I would definitely to do this puff very early in the morning for work, so I have to improvise .

I just took a sew-in out and realized that I cannot style my hair how I used to when I was relaxing, so I have been desperately searching for cute and easy natural styles. My hair is on the shorter side, but it is pretty full so I think this style will work for me. Thanks for sharing!

I believe you just have to make sure it’s detangled!! Just use some of ur fav products, water, & a detangler brush. When there’s no tangles ur fingers should be able to run through it!

Honestly love this method I have short hair but it’s grown a lot and it’s THICK so I’m really excited to try this method
I use a shoestring so I can adjust the tightness. But hot danggit! I think Imma try it your way. It might make a huge difference.
