Thank you for watching! I have made 1 mistake in the video regarding the Multi-Rebar Annotations update. The improvement done in 2024.1 is that the tag in Multi-Rebar Annotations is automatically placed when clicking to place the dimension (when pick position is off). This makes the placement of the Multi-Rebar Annotations only use 2 clicks instead of 4.
I mean this is pretty minor update, as always. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks that Revit is advancing pretty slowly and of course it's on purpose ( cause they want to have something new in reserve every year so everyone wants to buy a newer version). BTW I don't know about earlier versions, project browser and properties panels had these features in 2022 too, meaning moving with arrow keys and zooming in and out with ctrl + scroll wheel. Thanks for video Cheers
@balkan architect. I have an idea for a video for you. Discuss Line Weights. (1) setup of line weights (1a) recommended thickness in the setup i.e 1:100 - 1=0.0025mm (is this too thin?)... 16=9.0000mm (Is this just a waste, should it be a lower like 1.000mm?)... or just use template defaults etc... Maye show some test prints on A4 sheets (2) applying a line weight to an element like a wall, generic model, dimension..... in the categories window (3) any tips and tricks which would add value
At first, I want to thank you for your videos. You have helped me a lot and I’m your big fan. Watching your tutorials, I found that you do very easy navigate (orbit) in 3D views. And your left arm don’t move at that moment. That probably means that you don’t press Shift and use some other technique. Or you don't? If so here comes my proposal for future Revit updates - make navigation easier. Copy it from SketchUp, where only mouse is enough for orbiting and zooming. And it is much faster.
Can you explain the way you can do voids that replaces the pads in a bit more detail. If importing survey plans is there a correct option for scale. In 24 can i still select contour lines as sometimes i get actual and natural surveys on same file
why they are not sepearte the sheets , family and view in project browser and do the zoom in and out instead? it doesn't help when you have so many sheets on the project
Thank you for watching!

4:16 --- there is still no "catch mode" when moving the point, cant catch a foundation or a iFC import objects.
I've been asking Autodesk to add a Project Timer into revit........ I know there are a couple floating around but should be a standard feature.

your line weights should be set up in your template according to your national or project standards.

Greater Font customizations throughout. Think within tables is too restrictive
great! video
And the construction platforms? no tanks, i keep in the rvt23
When will they update the leader types so we can change their line weights! So the arrow can be darker and the leader line lighter!!!
