I have a problem I can adjust the image to full length from the right and the bottom side of the image But the top and left side are both fixated, they never move What should I do ?
Epson L3210 supported borderless but if use a Microsoft word you cannot use that feature of printer, use Photoshop print setting border set to zero(0), Ms word have margin you cannot set the margin to zero.

But the title states "PRINT to Edge" which is false unless you have a printer that can do that.

You didn't show us the printing part. I actually did the same as you do using Microsoft 365 but when I printed it, there is still Margin left.
That's because your printer doesn't have the ability to do it.
then try printing it then boom, margin hahaha
