I can heartedly recommend this video to teach you all the basics, Why? Coz I'm a tutor, and I used this video to tutor a student on the basics of PowerPoint, and she was delighted. I wrote tutorial notes (23 pages) with screenshots from this video. The breakdown into chapters in the video descriptionwas very helpful in dividing the notes into sections, 25 in all, not including the last part - Complete Foundation Course in Powerpoint and I got paid €20 for the tutorial.

I had to come here to refresh my memory from Microsoft Office 2000 and 1997, ...at around the time I last used PowerPoint, back in the 90s and early 2000s. I still have the old CD-Rom setup disks for the both of those.🙂 I began this presentation file on my newly acquired Microsoft Office 2016 Pro (with no sub. fee), without a clue on how to mod my slides after typing the most basic texts.
