So many thanks Rhado for your words 😍 I love any words of your analysis of the game but also about strategy ! You're so right. Every die is giving many informations. And the mute side by side is a good idea for the video to develop the different player analysis. So a very big thanks for the 3 videos !
Rules detail : when à player out the second dice on Axis module, you immediatly move the wind module. So by playing Axis dice you can change the wind power behind you BEFORE playing speed dice.
This was a fun one, looking forward for the extended. Ruel making those two mistakes in the beginning cracked be up so hard. I played this today but only the base game, I like the stuff the scenarios add.
you can watch the extended and the final thoughts right now! :) there was a link to the playlist in the patreon post! :) th-cam.com/play/PLmQverenaaqJDvEUsNXfk8WNZQdkqdXm6.html
Bank explanation. Captain and 1st are pulling their sticks in opposite direcions. It's obvious that the plane will turn to the side which is pulling harder:) [wouldn't a little razor cut take care of tne air bubble? I was doing large stickers on billboards years ago and we used that method] 22:58 Actually - when landing flaps are going down:) BTW is it possible to stall the plane? With low enough speed and not enough flaps it should fall like a rock.
Right. Rahdo, think of it as banking pressure. Banking has nothing to do with velocity. Jen has maybe confused banking (roll) with yaw. If one engine overpowers the other, you could yaw to the side, not bank.
yeah i thought about that but i was worried that the pinprick hole might be noticable. i'm going to see if i can lift the sticker off from the edge with a tiny jewelers screwdrive i have, and if that doesn't work, i'll probably go with the hole poke as fall back :)
At 13:00 the Klingon subtitles are wrong and say "how would higher velocity on the right make it bank left?" well that is exactly how a plane works. If the engine on the right side has more power than the left side it will turn to the left. Think about it...
I just wanted to tell you both good luck, we're all counting on you.
please fasten your seatbelt!
"Looks like I picked wrong week to quit smoking." 🤣
"i could make a hat, or a brooch, or a tetradactyl!"
(now that i think of it, why weren't we doing airplane quotes non-stop???)
Surely a missed opportunity! And don't call me Shirley. 😊

Let's land this plane...
Crashes two times in the first turn.
... okay folks, let's reroll the dice.
Love that Richard mutes himself and then, instincts honed by years of runthroughs, points out on the board where he hopes Ruel will do things
LOL I should've been paying more attention! :)

That escalated quickly and frequently:D

@@rahdo I admit I haven't noticed but FYI, the link to the Playlist in the Patreon post and email is broken :)
argh, i keep forgetting that patreon adds that extra at the start of a link! fixed now, thanks for the heads up :)
I blame the intern! LOL 🤣
@@RuelGaviolabut no coffee for the intern 😁
A couple of rewind tokens were used this game! :)
the most powerful token! :)
Turn One
Ruel: I'm going to do this.
Rahdo: And we've crashed.
Turn Two:
Ruel: I'm going to do this.
Rahdo: And we've crashed.
LOL I blame the interns. :)
Rules detail (2) : the Reroll token is accessible directly when it is in the active space, you don't need to "touch" it.
Flaps actually go down. 🙂
i had a 50/50 chance!
And real captains also sit on the left:D
Exactly 😉

For the air bubbles, just pierces them with a needle and remove the air. ;)

i think the altitude track have to be put on the red/black side
