(We don't sound like any other band, and so far we blow audiences minds, so that's a good sign!)
ANY CHANCE you'd officially do some proggy keyboards on a song of ours -- via email? (Alternately, perhaps you have some keyboard parts on the shelf and would just send us something and we'll build around it!) We think it would be fun and logical to get you to do some proggy keys for us!
Dumpy Goodness I could totally see John Tesh playing keys for UNICORN HOLOCAUST. Lol
John Tesh fronted 1.2 million dollars of his own money to fund this concert after no one would sponsor him. What happened? People tuned in and he became famous. He started selling records like hot cakes and was able to repay back his 2nd mortgage and make a career out music.
Say whatever you want about Tesh, I know he was wildly popular for a while and then became a bit of a joke, but the man has a talent for both composition and performance. I'd love to see this concert.

I watched and recorded this when he performed in 1995. It is one of my favorite concerts! The energy of the music is contagious and I love listening and watching the performance now as much as I did then.
I'm Brazilian married with a USA Army, while living in NY City we went together on John Tesch show, also, on Red Rock performance which I never forget. Great show John looking forward to more.

This CD was given to me as a white elephant gift in 1996... and has been the driving force of my graphic design soundtrack as I work to present day... I literally just discovered this video today... and although I am watching for the first time, it's familiar... I am there... I see the energy, how it was windy that evening... this night was magic, and although I am still living through it vicariously today... it all feels real and familiar to me. Thank you for sharing your gift with the world.
I've enjoyed all of John's music. It is so uplifting especially his Christian concert at Red Rocks.

I can't help but imagine how successful a television program would be now, but focused on music with John as the host and playing music too. I just saw this show for the first time today and had that little daydream while enjoying it. Five stars.

Same with me. For 25 years I had avoided John Tesh music because I thought he was a phony pretty boy. After reading that article and then hearing about his cancer ordeal, I have new appreciation for him. I finally listened to this concert with an open mind and found it to be quite good. His music reminds me a little of Kansas with some of their instrumentals. I enjoyed this and its about damn time! LOL

Sunday mornings my dad would put this on when I was a kid. This and a lot of Yanni. The sole reason I got into this kinda music. Always makes you feel a good kinda way.

My mother used to listen to John Tesh all the time, and when she was in hospice I played it for her. I think that it helped and calmed her. I still cry when I listen to the CD's. Listening though keeps her close to me. When can I see him in concert in MA??

The performance was amazing! The story behind it takes my appreciation and admiration up even higher. This is the stuff that biopics are made for so that the story can be presented to a new generation of dreamers. Court Battles against a major corporation, the rain and the rejections by so many to get published. I wonder if TH-cam and social media had been around would the message have been as special if John Tesh had been able to self promote and publish like Lindsey Stirling.
25 years later it is still just as good as it was then! We need this nice "break" from all of the events of the day here in 2020. Thank you John for this awesome concert with the Colorado Symphony, Everette Harp, Nadia and Bart as well. This is one concert I wish I had went to as I lived in Colorado Springs at the time. As an american I'm so proud to have your music available at any moment and your voice at the radio (101.5 FM), with such a big talent, always helping PBS.
My dad brought me up on this music! I was 3 when this took place. When I was a kid, my parents would put on John's music if I was fussy and would calm me down within seconds. I do the same with my child. So soothing and amazing arrangements. Because my daughter has listened to this so many times and loves it she wants to play Piano.
I wasn't even born when this lovely performance happened.
But thanks to my family having the album, I got to hear arguably one of the best live performances in existence for me.
Seeing this full show, the rain that didn't stop anyone.
You name it, this live show was, and still to this day is, incredible.
Took me till 2020 to find this, but man, am I happy to relive all the emotions I felt first listening.
John, please do a 20 year anniversary show!
It was a phenomenal concert I was blessed to get to go I bought my ticket at the door one of the best concerts I've ever been to God bless.

I actually found this CD last year (2018) and enjoyed it very much, but this video is great! Love that NBA theme, I thought it was still be used today - lol.

I got to see John Tesh in Nashville years ago. Fantastic concert! I would love to repeat that event.

@@davidstone3780 Yeahhhh unless I'm crazy and blind, the orchestra is out there the whole time on this video. There is no orchestra leaving and coming back, no water pouring from the piano, the moon is already out, the fog is already rising, and near the 10 minute mark he discusses how it was really raining earlier; I'm just not seeing it.

This was the day when Yanni & Tesh were doing concerts, being like, "Can you top this?" And we were all the better for it!
Damn, Tesh could pack them in! This is one hell of a document of professional musicianship.
