For everybody about to ask about sheets, there is an official sheet book, basic and advanced versions. I suspect this is what OP used. Look it up on amazon if you are interested. Even if you are a basic pianist, I personally recommend the advanced version. EDIT: The reason I think this book is being used is because the book (like OP) skips out orchestral bits (rather than turning them into piano bits) and doesn't notate or mention big arpeggiating solos like the one at 1:02 in the real film.
