White Chocolate Christmas🎄 Chex Mix

- White Chocolate Chex Mix
4 cups Rice Chex Cereal
4 cups Corn Chex Cereal
4 cups Wheat Chex Cereal
4 cups Salted and roasted Peanuts
4 cups Pretzels, mini twists or Christmas shapes (whatever you can find)
12-ounce bag Red & Green Mini-M&M's
I also added half a, bag of peanut butter M& m's this year
12-ounce bag Caramels Bits (in baking section used to make Caramel apples)
Place all the above ingredients into a giant bowl. Pour the chocolate coating once melted over and stir until all is covered well. Pour out onto baking sheets and allow to cool and harden. Break into pieces and store in airtight containers.
WHITE CHOCOLATE COATING recipe:
(2) 24-ounce pkgs White Chocolate Bark
11-ounce package White Chocolate Chips
2 Tablespoons Solid Coconut Oil
In a double boiler slowly melt the coconut oil with the bark and half the bag of chips until smooth. Remove from heat and add the remaining half bag of chips to temper and cool, the chocolate down.
I love to put this in glass canisters and give away as presents. Also clear baggies with twist ties is good for presents.
Warning: is Addictive and will wake you in your sleep calling out your name ☺️

Hey Amy, I’ve been making this ever since you first shared thie recipe. It is a BIG hit with everyone. My mom really loves it so I’ve started making it for her birthday. I have actually used Cinnamon Toast Crunch instead of the Chex mix and that’s real good too. Anyway, thanks for sharing this. Really enjoy all your videos. 💜

@@amyslouisianakitchen I really hope you do try the cinnamon toast crunch. I do use more than I would with the chex mix as they are much smaller. I think the next time I make it I will use pecans instead of nuts. I think that would be really yummy with the cinnamon. 😋

Buy you some "Better than Bullion " jars to keep on hand for broth. I always keep the beef & the roasted chicken in the pantry. Once open you have to refrigerate but its convenient & actually taste better than store bought broth! Merry Christmas!

Okay girl. You can use chocolate cake mix instead of the from scratch cake. You still mix the cream cheese filling. And the chocolate Ganache is, the same. Those 2 steps are quick though.
In the chocolate cake mix add a teaspoon of vanilla, an extra egg and coffee instead of water. Or half coffee and half Buttermilk. It is also delicious and I have made that cake many times and nobody knew😊 except not for Blake's birthday. Always scratch for my kiddos birthday. Hope this helps you. Merry Christmas 😊🎄💜
