And, he prefer Paul to be the head of notos than Pilemon. With that fact, Rudeus as Paul's Son (who has so much potential as a kid) also has the right for notos head position. Philip saw it, planed, then succeed in getting Sauros backing. Philip who has lost his political right as the head of boreas to James, was aiming to get notos power by making Rudeus marry Eris and take over notos head position from Pilemon.

She was a famous labyrinth conquerer in some other timelines, to the point of getting some nickname. It was like she was obssessed with them, so I doubt she even tried to flirt with people and she probably didn't even try to Go to taverns and such. She probably barely knew anyone outside Roxy and a few others. She was a overachiever, meaning not everyone found this trace of hers interesting.
In all the other Loops Roxy becomes her master and then Sylphie and Roxy spend there lives together adventuring and clearing labyrinths. We learn that Sylphie and Roxy have a strong intertwining destiny and always end up teaming up
Without Rudy she never developed feelings for anyone and she and Roxy live their lives as virgins studying magic and clearing labyrinths for money. They also never met Eris and While Roxy still met Norn and Aisha she never played any major part in Orsted's plan in other timelines. So Rudy's mere existence really rewrote most people's reality.
