Dynamic runs their business the best in fingerboarding. Everything from quality control to customer service. Scott has been nothing but helpful and is an amazing businessman.
When Chris said "buy one of each" I felt that. The biggest difference to me is the grind feel. I prefer the BRT feel, and Dynamics can't hit that firmness level I like even with different bushings. Don't get me wrong Dynamics are suuuuper solid trucks. I just prefer the BRT. Solid review!!
Thank you Gene! BRTs and Dynamics definitely feel different - which is a great thing :) The solidness and heftiness of BRT has always made it preferable to me over any other truck, but gotta say the SE Dynamics are very nice!
I need to try the SE. UAGs (even heavier than BRTs) are nice too. I’m a fan of having all three weights like you said. Let’s me find my perfect weight for each setup.
Yes! Absolutely agree having multiple types of trucks :) I definitely want a set of UAGs - Do you happen to know if there is a shop in North America that has them in stock?
I noticed the same thing about preferring certain trucks with certain decks. I only tried the SE recently and I prefer them over the inverted kingpin. A lot easier to have them loose but still secure.
I like the lighter feel for some reason, I been running brt's and dynamics back and forth trying to figure it out, even though the brt's are hella smooth to grind on I keep gravitating back towards the lighter dynamics. once I break in the stock bushings and I get that nice loose truck feeling dynamics are just soooo good imo. I'm going to slab my brt's on an old school cruiser setup soon and see how that feels
Right on! Yeah - I've always loved my sets of Dynamics but ever so slightly prefer the BRTs. Now with the SE I think I like them about the same as my sets of BRTs!
How are you finding the extra long wheelbase feeling you get with BR/BW decks set up with dynamics? its definetely a game changer for people that love long wheelbases
I might have to get a setup that has dynamic trucks and one with blackriver trucks, I've only been able to try China trucks, I've been saving up so I'll probably use the money at Vous 33, just so that I don't need to pay shipping.
Dynamic trucks perform so much better than black river. The black river, packaging, and marketing is a little cleaner But that chunky base plate on BRT Causes problems. Dynamics lock-in on coping and ledges much better and I get much better pop for some reason out of dynamics as well.
@@cdplaya Totally. I bought both when I first got into the Hobby out of curiosity, and that bulky base plate on the black river trucks just hangs up on the coping too much and just under performs for myself personally.
It's so interesting because my experience with Dynamic also came from trying the Regs first as a BRT user. At first I didn't like them at all because they felt too light... People told me to try the SEs, and since then those are the only truck I use. The SEs feel lower than the Regs, but feel heavier and sturdier. Besides the minor design differences on the truck as a whole and the kingpin difference, I'd usually just say for folks who like heavier setups to go with SEs. If you like something light, go with Regs.

@@cdplaya they are from china :) located in hongkong

Great vid as always bro. Much love
I just got a unique complete that comes with dynamics and wheels they are the best feeling trucks I’ve ever had and the deck is pretty good

Hey Joe! Makes sense to buy stuff at the Vous to save on shipping!
Yep, shipping is expensive.

I think performance is subjective - both are awesome products! I usually main BRT but I have some Dynamic setups that perform amazing

Dynamic all day baby
Nice thumbnail pic of this video! I guess you are into crypto as well. 🤙🙏⚜

Yep, that's the same experience I had! The SE's have the heft that I prefer, but I know so many fingerboarders want light-weight setups too!
Both of sets had a stripped screw within a month
Did you use dynamic hardware? Other hardware strips the baseplates.
Check out sbfingerboard trucks from Poland! ;) 🤟
