Hey Alex. I'm new to the channel but an og from when tech deck started the fingerboard craze. I recently got back into it and boy has it changed. So what is the best, what is the cheapest but worth it, what parts should I look out for? It's all good and well buying an expensive one but I've chewed through 2 boards already drilling kick flips and impossibles... Mostly into the floor. Lol. You've touched on a few points here and there but there's no comparison I can see. Thanks for your time.
I've experienced the same - bought my first _BerlinWood_ in 2003 and _Winkler Wheels_ soon followed. Our setups had been as good as it got at the time but still required to pretty regularly purchase Techdeck oldschool boards for their slightly wider trucks in case another pair would disintegrate, trucks always remained to be an issue and something like the "China Truck 3.0" would have blown our minds back then. However, back then I abandoned fingerboarding because my life was taking some turns which don't matter here - but some weeks ago I found an old worn setup while cleaning up, tried some kickflips and got utterly hooked. I went to ASI fingerboard store here in Berlin the next day and purchased a very affordable but solid and for my level certainly sufficient 34mm complete there. But it didn't end here - I'm absolutly amazed how things have developed in the meantime and a little regretful to have missed it.. Heck, not only that you can get something like quality pro level fingerboard trucks nowadays but you can indulge in the luxury to base your decision on factors like aesthetics - _it's wonderfully absurd from the perspective of an early 2000's fingerboarder_ and that's why I couldn't help myself to build the setups I would have dreamt of back then. Stuff like a ply-wood deck with a fiberglass layer, single-axis pivot cub trucks and urethane/metal core wheels, way above my paygrade, but as people like to say: "We didn't have anything, absolutly nothing back then" and for me it's enough of a justification.. 😅

Just started doing this :-)
You can reshape it to indipendent hangers
the german fingerboard scene already made this around 15 years ago haha
Dang bruh so much better
How can we sand the round edge where the wheels sit with sandpaper?
this is so sick dude truck looks amazing
Kepp up all the ideas
Yay new vid
I dig the channel and the name but maybe do a logo refresh. You got a great think going but a more iconic logo might be cool.
Dangg!!! It's more better
for a vid idea you should review the xflippro mystery box
gripsion you recommend upgrade the perfomance series with new trucks and wheels or buyind directly your deck
🔥
w intro
You can turn them into inverted kingpin by punching and pausing out the pin of the base and adding a screw

@@fb.7th if you knok out the pin you can use a screw

I have a problem with my tech deck, my wheels feel so loose and are bouncing around
Screw it tighter

Day 3 of asking for a free deck cus bully’s at my school took it and snapped it
Early gruop
nice work! consider wearing a mask and doing this outside, as fine metal dust is not something you want in your lungs!

Like what's the point of doing this at all? For the amount of work just buy some better trucks
The point is
Money.
