I am in love with my Jet Light from TML. It absolutely changed my makeup game. It makes it so much easier to see my clients skin coloring no matter what their coloring or undertone. I’ve gone from skin that looks pretty good to making my clients skin look like theirs, but perfected. It’s definitely an investment. But I feel like it’s well worth it.
Hi Nikki! Loved this so much. I started shaving my face an year ago. I have a 2 week routine as well haha. I LOVEEE it. I was really scared to start because my mom would always lecture me about how my hair’s gonna grow back thicker, but honestly I’d watched so many videos about women shaving their face on YT and it always looked soo satisfying that I just wanted to experience that kind of extra smooth skin. I took the risk and am so happy I did! The thicker / darker regrowth isn’t really a thing for me and my skin has never looked more smooth. I also have really dry skin so I loveeee the exfoliation :) peach fuzz? We don’t know her! My makeup and skincare look BOMB. I deal with super frizzy hair so I’m going to give the silk pillows a shot. Thank you for sharing that. I’m 23 and don’t really deal with signs of aging but I do deal with occasional texture, and just dull / dry looking skin. Not sure if retinol will help me but I don’t mind giving it a shot. That myth that your hair will grow back darker and more coarse has kept millions of trying it.😂 I thought how crazy it was when I first saw women doing this, but then heard of the myth and got right to it and my God it is awesome for exfoliating all the dead skin (and you see that too along with all the peach fuzz) but it also allows your skincare to penetrate the skin. Before shaving, I was basically hydrating and caring for my dead skin with all my expensive skincare products.
I just ordered the vitamin c and I’m excited! I had to stop using topical vitamin c because I had a really bad rosacea flare up and I never thought about using a powder form. Thank you so much for this video!

I have a friend that I do her makeup for all events, and she shaves her face, it's like princely if she hasn't shaved it Tho. I don't do it at all anymore because of seeing her skin. She bought one of those 200-dollar fancy brands too of razors that vibrate even.
Perhaps your friend has a hormonal imbalance that causes her facial hair to grow thicker. I’ve shaved my face and literally the peach fuzz and dry skin come off easily and like Nikki said it makes my makeup sit nicely on my skin.
Hi do you have any tips for products to use around the eye area before concealer. My eyelids and undereye area are really dry this time of year and any concealer I use looks very drying. Thank you
I’m not Nikki hahah but what works for me (since I have insanely dry skin too) is actually using a tiny bit of my night cream as undereye cream before I apply concealer!

As a teacher myself I admire how well you teach us your techniques and the manner in which you effectively explain what to do and not to do. Just saw this video which is already 6 months old. I have to share w you what I wish someone would have told me when I was your age. Retinol can be good but it takes several conversion steps to successfully help one's skin, the gold standard is tretinoin which requires a prescription. It will make the most impact on your skin and if you faithfully use it daily in the evening it'll be THE product that will allow you to have THE best skin you could possibly have. It does take some time for your skin to aclimate to it, so one starts with .025 strength moving to the highest, 0.1% Please, check with a dermatologist and you'll see. You have a flawless skin, again..., please check on this so you'll maintain that youthful and healthy skin for as long as you possible can. I'm 62 and started using it 3 years ago. I tell everyone about - primarily my adult kids & grandkids as I wish I would have started in my late 20's. Tretinoin is THE most widely studied anti-aging product with tons of research studies to back up its effectiveness.
