I tried the Givenchy for the first time and it is THE BEST! Thank you. My skin is dry, specially on my under eyes, and this really worked in a beautiful soft way. Laura Mercier didn't do it for me neither the banana one so I am so glad you recommended this one! Gracias mamasita.

Dear Nikki, when I was a teenager my mom purchased Lancome powder for me on a black market because we were living in the Soviet Union and they were not sold in department stores. This was my initiation into The Make Up. These days Make Up Forever's Ultra HD Loose Powder is my all time favorite. I am excited to try out Laura Mercier's new formula, and will definitely try out Givenchy Prisme Libre in #3 because you've described them so well. However, I am curious to know what do you think about Hourglass Veil? I have repurchased it twice at least. It gives such an amazing subtle glow, I just love it. Thank you So much for everything you've shared. I am so happy I have found your channel.

I really really think you would like Nikkiia Joy’s Velvet Finishing Powder. It’s all I use since finishing it 3 years ago. It’s the most finely milled powder I’ve found, makes my pores and shine disappear, and it smells like natural vanilla. You can also get an unscented version. She is located in Australia, but ships worldwide 😊

I’m so glad to hear that you don’t necessarily depot products for your kit. I know it’s more convenient as far as weight/space but I enjoy the packaging and also I feel like the packing of products itself is made to be functional and with certain products such as foundations, it doesn’t compromise the ingredients and formula. Thank you for this super informative video, I need to try the Laura Mercier and MUFE HD powders. Love Givenchy and I also have 4 of their shades.

Fantastic breakdown of the powders. Thank you for the in depth explanation of why you chose these specific ones. I too love both the MUF ones as well as the Laura Mercier and Huda. I have drier skin and of the ones you’ve mentioned the Huda is really quite impressive. It leaves such a flawless, blurring quality under the eyes and all over the face. I need to try the Givenchy powders, I cannot believe I have not. In addition Chantecaille’s talc free loose powder is really nice as well as Hourglass, for drier skin options. Also, you are gorgeous.

I personally love the new Laura mercier powder however as a oily girl personally I don’t use it as an all over powder, I use it to bake under my eyes because although I am super oily my under eyes are dry and it does great on blurring out my under eye creases or if I have a break out I put a bit on and around it. It definitely helps blur it out and make my skin smooth but I noticed when I put it on as a all over powder I get oily faster

Before I watched the video, I saw the written list in the video description and felt iffy seeing Laura Mercier mentioned, since I find the original powder underwhelming. So happy that I actually watched the video since you mention the original powder, and how the one you like is a different one! I've never used any of the powders you mention in this list (and honestly, at this point have been thinking all powders are the same), but as a life-long oily gal, I'm super excited to try the second Makeup Forever powder in the video. Will let you know how it works out once I get to test it! Thank you!

Im looking for my first powder.. I have new fine lines and dry, aging skin.. Looking for blur without totally mattifying. I had my eye on the hourglass powder. I like that it doesn't smell. Any thoughts?

I might have missed it, but on the new Laura Mercier powder, what was her best way to apply it?

Hi, do you think the Givenchy will look good on olive complexion? I’m like a light neutral. I use like charlotte Tilbury radiant concealer in 8 medium peach undertone and Bobbi brown corrector in light peach that I just got today actually. But I never set my eyes cause they always show lines and just looks so cakey. Is it a must to set with powder? Please let me know! Thank you! ☺️❤️

Very informative video and I appreciate getting a professional's opinion. How do you apply the Givenchy prisme libre #3?
