@Shwet: Self service reporting means users need not depend on developers to create reports/dashboards but rather they can easily analyze the data and find insights on their own using these self-service BI tools like Tableau, Power BI. These tools are quite simple, effective and easy to use and create reports even by non-technical stakeholders/users directly. Hope this answers your question.
