After popular request here is an accumulation of the Algebra topics across foundation and higher. The first half covers topics across both papers and at 42:10 it begins the higher only content! Enjoy 😁 don’t forget to subscribe! Also, at 13:44 it should say ‘c=-2’ and not ‘y=-2’ - whoops! 🤷🏼♂️
Hey could you please make the revised portion video and the topics included in 2022 I have mocks in March April I’m looking forward this would help a lot and the revised portion for overall higher tie is on the person website thanks for your help
I rarely comment on videos, but this was so helpful, I can't express how grateful I am, I always struggled with maths this made me feel more confident in the subject. Keep going!
you honestly made me get better results from 5 out of 80 im now on a 4 im on 27-32 hopefully by revicing in the next 3 months i will jump to a grade 5. I honestly have always loved maths you made me get full marks on algebra pls would u make more foundation papers for 2023 it would help alot. hassan faze
As an adult returning to education, may I just say how much I am enjoying your videos. I’m finding the subjects a lot easier to understand. Also that maths is less frightening and even enjoyable. Keep up the good work.
This is an incredibly useful recap on the required syllabus for algebra. Thank you so much for doing this. It has helped me to identify where my gaps in knowledge and weak spots are so I can focus on them, and has also helped with tracking my progress by showing me what I have already learned. Your videos are so good. I use them all the time.
Tbh I don't feel much smarter now I'm 15 as compared to 4 years ago when it came to maths so I'm not gonna treat you like a god or anything. But honestly it's great you understand because half the people I know aren't very mathematically minded and struggle with this lol
What you're doing is gold by helping people out, and we all thank you for this. But if I can give you constructive feedback, you need to slow down a bit with your explanations.
great video, it was very helpful! but at 41:39, shouldn't the gradient for the third lines equation should be y = 3x-5, and not +5 ? since we subtracted the 5 from both sides
can you do a playlist for IGCSE Maths believe me it will help you and us as well IGCSE students needs like your explanation you finished a block in one hour that's awesome
I hate algebra I do online school so there’s no one to actually explain every aspect of it so I’m taking it upon myself to actually learn how to do it because there’s not a lot of time left and Instead of moping and stressing I need to take action!!

Hi this is brilliant but could you please separate out the foundation and higher. I look after children with additional needs and some are taking the foundation and it would be a great help. Thank you.
thank you for this i have my higher maths mock on monday and its saturday night i have so much to do since i havent revised, im a few mins into the video and its already so helpful and im feeling hope for this exam. i hoep i get a 5!!! i will come back to this comment
Lolll Hello the only scenario when adding/subtracting that a ‘negative and a negative make a positive’ is when two negative symbols are side by side, for example 3 - -2 which turns into 3+2. Here it’s -8 takeaway 9, equating to -17 😁
The - before the 6x is actually part of the 6x. Therefore, you should just ignore it when finding the like terms for the standalone integers. The -+ makes a negatice rule only works when the signs directly next to each other. Hope it helped.

Hi @14:07, it should be “b = 3” and “c = -2” not “y”.
I suck at maths but this helped me thanks so much 🙏
great video, it was very helpful! but at 41:39, shouldn't the gradient for the third lines equation should be y = 3x-5, and not +5 ? since we subtracted the 5 from both sides
yes, i’m sure it was a mistake

Hello. At 41:44 isn''t it suppose to be y= 3x-5?
its been 5 months no reply god damn
Yh lol i was confused to it might have been a mistake
Yes. They wrote 3x + 5 = y instead of 3x -5 = y by accident and just didn't notice. The fact you noticed that is a really good sign
