I love EVERY part of these two tracks but the fact that everyone notices the music on the Collectors theme is so cool because the choice of using heavy bass to set the song apart from ALL OTHER TRACKS is just so wonderfully creative
The wildly different instruments in collectors theme just gives that vibe that the collector is an otherworldly being not of this realm

I love how the Collectors theme sounds so different from all the other music in the show, really hammering home his eldritch, alien nature. He's far stranger than Earth or the Boiling Isles are to each other

I love how the collector’s theme fits the character so perfectly, it’s childish (especially the beginning) but at the same time it’s somehow “dangerous” and just completely different from everything else

So much was happened during this scene, everyone was dying, eda had her arm ripped off, belos was fighting luz and the others, and kimg was freeing the collector, this music perfectly encapsulates everything that was going on

@@totallynotaferret to be honest they did the community right by not forcing the agenda and just presenting it as is... the characters are people, they are not simply a gender or a race they are each their own persons with personalities... i have no problem with the community as long as they are more than simply their gender or the color of their skin, we are who we are, why do we always have to label ourselves?

WHATCHA PLAYIN' BE HITTIN' DIFFERENT
God- I get these "Kikimora, Ma'am" vibes and also not to mention Coraline vibes.
It feels like a race for time without knowing what might come next.
Like a fight between the heroes and the villain, with the heroes needing to retreat as the villain crawls closer and closer.
Which is, in total, what it felt like when Belos was about to wipe out the whole little Hexside group.
Also the transition between the two?
I loved it. The Collector's themes are so great! It really feels unpredictable and super child-like, which just fluidly fits his character.
it feels like watching a clock ticking, but it doesnt have any numbers and the ticks are out of rythim, like an eerie game of hide and seek

Heavens! I love The Owl House soundtracks. At first, it reminded a little of Coraline's atmosphere, only this is like a desperate struggle to change fate... only this new and totally different fate that is the Collector is overwhelming.
I love the pure chaos of these tracks. Totally conveys Collectors whole deal
I absolutely love how the soundtrack picks up. Everything in the series, all planning anybody could’ve done, it all comes to halt when The Collector gets released.
Belos is one of the most interesting villains I’ve seen as of recently, but the way The Collector is able to take *everything* and completely turn it upside-down makes them unpredictable. They’re both equally dangerous but in entirely different ways.
I just realized one of the second one's sound effects resembles that sound little kids like to make for fun - the one where you push you tongue on the roof of your mouth and make that wet *click, clock, click, clock* sound. It makes that whole thing feel more kid-ish

Hearing this absolute bop again, and I can notice the "menacing" melody to it, but at the same time the playfulness? I dunno how to explain it. It just describes so perfectly how The Collector's games are childish, yet deadly on some way.

I love the contrast between what feels like a super eventful and crazy thing for the main characters, and the collector having a much more playful and silly theme, as if this is something theyll remember forever and its just a normal day for him
