I hope you don't mind that I shared about the Good Person Test. In the last verses of Ecclesiastes, Solomon shares that the whole duty of man is the fear of the Lord and the keeping of The Commandments. Church has gotten away from using the ten commandments to show someone WHY we are SINNERS in NEED of the SAVIOR.

I really enjoyed this video but I was also really sad and I cried through the whole thing 😢💔.... My husband is the EXACT OPPOSITE of what's being described here. He finds every EXCUSE/REASON TO WALK AWAY FROM US. For some reason or another EVERY YEAR this man leaves me. We've been married for 10 years and have 7 children between us and when he departs it's with ANY REGARDS OR CONCERN for any of us. The only passage in the OT dealing with husbandry role is Exodus 21:10 where we learn that a husband must provide food , clothing and conjugal right (sex) to his
wife.

I have to thank God for the man He has given me. We truly don't do the me, yours, and ours. It's all, just ours. And because of that, when he speaks the word, over any affair, I make it my personal responsibility to see it through to the end.
Granted, we both have a lot of work. And neither are perfect. But, I do praise God that he is willing to listen, when needed, and we both strive to be better for God, each other, and our children -daily.

On SB I can see you have been kicked around by someone you cared about, or at least I assume you have, Ive been there too. If it’s true, then this message is more for you than any woman ... Men are to love their wife more than life itself . He is to love not lust, in a sacrificial manner.. considering her health and happiness above his, but within the boundaries of Gods laws, as these are what will bring us the greatest joy and good health . Most men have no idea what it means to lay down their life for their wife. They must submit to Gods will in order to exemplify the love of Christ, which , according to the Word of God , is necessary in guiding the wife to the full knowledge of truth and in presenting her as a chaste bride to Christ. When a wife can know Christ’s love through the actions of her husband , and her need for him to protect her from Satans attacks and temptations , (which will lead her down the path of destruction, regret , and misery, )she in turn has a desire to serve her husband as if she were serving Christ , and through her obedience, not only does she grow into the beautiful woman God created her to be, she is rewarded with the love and respect of her children and husband, a closer walk with God , and rewards beyond what she could imagine here and in heaven. If Adam had been the leader he was supposed to be , Eve would have been protected from the manipulation of the devil , and sin would never originated in the garden where once , man walked and talked with God, was filled with joy, without sickness, poverty, abuse , pain, wars, tears, and death .
One day there will be no taking and giving of marriage.. marriage was Gods way of providing Adam with a helpmate and populating the earth so he could enjoy a family , and be glorified through his exceptional creation... He is God, creator of all things.. Like it or not, we have no power but what he gives us , anyone who abuses their authority will be repaid , ( vengeance is mine says the lord) anyone who uses his authority to bless others, including husbands blessing their wives) will be blessed , (and wives vice/ versa) we screw things up. Wife, if you love the lord, serve your husbands as if you are serving the Lord, husbands if you love the Lord, treat your wife in the same manner our loving Lord treats his Church-Bride.. when others see this dynamic , they too will desire to know this relationship between Christ and his bride who awaits his return with love in her eyes , she knows he would give his life because he already has.. Men, if you want your wife to look at you in the same manner, to wait for your return home with love in her eyes , in her heart, joyful at your return, love her like Christ loves the church ... Moreover, forgive one another. This gives us another chance to start again , always working at getting it right, rather than ensuring it will always be wrong.
God does not give permission to anyone to mentally and physically abuse their spouse but If you feel God has called you to minister to an unsaved husband or wife, in the hopes that he or she will be saved from eternity in hell, and your walk with God strengthened , then do as God has instructed , but most of all, live peaceably with one another, as much as it is within your power to do, let the unbelieving spouse leave if he or she wants to , God has not called us to Impurity but to peace.
On SB I don’t see writings where women are told they are dumb, and I certainly don’t feel that a man is smarter than I am.

I myself, had to grow in understanding as well, as i didn't want to feel like i would be dominating the love of my life (Wife or even when dating). However, the concept is to be as One. In which you'd love your Wife as you love yourself, which in much entails the willingness to give her everything, as you'd give yourself everything. I think that's what genuine true love is about. True love isn't prideful or even disdainful at all. 6:24 yes, my father told me that he did this. He said he was driving on a mountainous road and had been drinking too much, and decided to take his own life.
He stepped on the gas, and took his hands off the steering wheel as he floored it. Going at a greater and greater speed towards the cliff curved road, he called out to God:
" if you want me to keep living then let me know..."
Just then the car started to turn away from the direction of the cliff and follow the curved road.
He was shocked and then grabbed the wheel. Telling me that he guessed God had other plans in mind for him.
I don't recommend that anyone try this at home 😂 but that's my father's story in a nut shell.
My father did face separation with his wife but they got back together and stayed married until the end of a full and long life.

@On SB All do respect and I say this with LOVE I think you are misunderstand what the term is when the scriptures said husband is the head of the household, doesn't mean the husband rule over THE WIFE, husband and wife are equal but the head means husband have more responsibility in his house, kids and wife, anything goes wrong in husband and wife house he should take on the responsibility on fixing it no matter who is at fault he will also be the final decision maker, why? "There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love." - 1 John 4:18 ESV. I battle with the spirit of fear and this is the verse God gives me, also I Corinthians 13:13. Hopefully this helps someone out there.
Fear is a spirit that torments people. It is not a sin to fear. The scripture says Jesus himself feared in his flesh just before he knew he was going to be taken into the hands of the people who crucified him...and the bible says he did not sin once. Sometimes, fear is an automatic response to danger.
That spirit itself is not SENT from love. It does not mean that the person who fears does not have love or does not have God's love in them. It means someone sent out that spirit to try to torment them to get them to flee back into the hands of Satan. Even if it was sent on by evil wishes or a person, the spirit itself comes from Satan. God does not torment people nor tempt with evil.
