At first I thought he was lip-syncing because it just didn't "look right", but you could tell when the mic went away from his face, the sound level dropped. And when he said "I get paid for this!", it was obvious, it was all Jay. And he STILL has that great voice.
Do you have a copy of Jay singing Cara Mia in a shiny gold or silver suit that is open to show his chest hair. He was a little older than this show. I would guess in the mid 80's
