Montrose rock crawling - Calamity

Playing in Montrose Colorado. The parking/ staging area has a ton of space with trails close to the parking and quite a few farther away. Calamity and scratch and dent are both close trails to the parking area. We had a bit of an adventure getting to Montrose with all 8 wheel studs shearing off of one of the tow rigs rear axle. After getting that fixed enough to limp down the mountain and get the rest of the parts to fix it right we ran into a blizzard.

Bummer, on the tow Rig! I was talking the other day and was telling the guys half the battle sometimes is getting to the trails!! BTW the editing is getting better every vid! Well done.

Toyota ifs boxes drilled and tapped.

@@kreyzfabNice, what year? they must be strong as I don’t see you guys running hydro in the rigs.

Any ifs box will work. We run 1650psi pumps with Hydro assist on the axle coolers and bigger reservoirs. Works really well
