Die trying is rated a 9. It is a longer trail with some fun optional lines. Broke a front axle u joint playing around in a bindy spot but had a spare so swapped it out and finished out the trail in the dark.

@@kreyzfab awesome thank you
Man that Exo is Tight! and the Willys is Sick! Well done guys!!
👀 😮 Man this thing is sick!
Nice save! Never underestimate the big pedal.
Sometimes it works sometimes makes it worse
if thats a G code rear axle i need it
Hell yeah! 👌🤘🇨🇦
This looks like an incredible trail! I haven't made it out to Colorado yet, but plan to some day.
It's definitely worth hitting! It's a fun trail with quite a few optional lines
If that Sammy had better tires it would do a lot better! Those BFG’s suck ass.
The red one has nittos on it
Dude that’s gangster! You do some pretty good work bro!
Thanks man!
that's a badass trail
A lot of fun!
It's a fun one for sure!
Soooo when should I make an appointment for mine next 😂….thats awesome bro 👊🏼😎
Thanks man! I'm down to make it happen
@@kreyzfab if I was in Colorado I’d be down bro! it’d be killer to take my 1st gen 4Runner wheeling with y’all clearly I’m in the wrong state 😂
Come wheel anytime! Where are you out of?
@@kreyzfab Washington State
@jessemangrum5733 some good wheeling up there. That's where I'm from originally
I wanna see more of that badass exocage reddish XJ
you guys are killing it 🤟🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼
Thanks!
Good progress and grats at beating the simpsons to something first
Haha thanks. Coming together
This is gonna be badass!
Agreed! Coming together
Glad to see this really coming along. How much of the Evo electrical are you going to replace the truck with? CanBus can be a real *treat*.
I am personally not wiring it up I am essentially giving him the entire evo wiring harness from the while car.
@@kreyzfab Lucky you. Well congratulations on getting all the heavy fab work mostly complete. Honestly surprised the customer didnt opt for a minimal cage a that would have really helped with the overall soundness and protection of the frame and structure.
Agreed a cage would have helped spread the load out nicely. I still have a few small things to get squared away with it and I don't think it will have any issues strength wise once fully finished up
broke on the last obstacle, dam the luck, have you ran billings and hard knox yet?
100% my fault on that one but yes we ran hard nox the next day. My power steering pump went out but wanted to run it anyways. Not ideal for that trail at all. Havnt done billings yet and this trip was a few days early for boulder canyon so another trip will have to happen soon
Awesome work buddy can't wait to see more videos 😎👍
Are the those 40s on 17s?
Yes
@@kreyzfab that looks cool 🤙
Those welds look pretty good.
Literally what I wanted to do to my 88 max but I was going to run 1g front and rear subframes and destroke my 2.4 to a long rod 2.1 Looks amazing, keep it up I'll definitely be following the build
It's coming together. Quite a bit of tolerances and clearances to figure out but should be a cool ride when done. I have an evo 9 with a bit less power than this should make but this pickup is quite a bit lighter
looking great!
That trip was super tough. Nice work on it.
Was a good time ran all of the trails in a day
@@kreyzfab Oh wow, you all were in high gear-so to speak.
what a cool trail
what t-cases are you running in your 5 seater ?
Toyota gear driven reduction 23 spline 2.28 to a dana 300 with 4:1 32 spline outputs and twin sticks
Sell me that transmission and clutch setup if its a narrow block, if wideblock sell me the engine too! I am from CT with 2 4g mighty max's and a 4g63 swapped 3000gt vr4.
A bit of a drive! I am out of Colorado plus it's also a customers project and he possibly has plans for the motor and Trans. Fun setup in a mm. Should be pretty wild with the awd 4b11
@@kreyzfab Oh I saw the VT plates lol
Figured. If he ends up selling it all or using it I will leave up to him.
@@kreyzfab what’s his name? Wonder if he’s in the mighty max Facebook page
@RichRusso4218 Alan and he said he is in the group
Where did get the front bumper?
It's a montero bumper
These trail names kill me 😅
I don't name the trails 😂
Its goin be a street ripper!!
That's for sure!
What year, make and model of the drivetrain?
2012 Mitsubishi evolution X
Both of the rigs are amazing. Damn near unstoppable. Great video guys!
Thanks! They have been through a lot the last few months without issues!
All Squirrley
I’m in eagle county I’m sas-ing my Tacoma I can’t wait to wheel here I did tons in my buddy’s jeep a few weeks ago
Some fun trails!
What are you running motor tranny and tcase are you running? Rig straight goes
3.4 with Stand alone r150 trans rf1a reduction to a d300 with 4:1s
Nice work!
Notch that pan!
Normally would but customer didn't want to cut fenders and wheelwells.
Super impressive!
✊🏻looking good can’t wait to see how it turns out
What steering boxes are you guys using?
Toyota ifs boxes drilled and tapped.
@@kreyzfabNice, what year? they must be strong as I don’t see you guys running hydro in the rigs.
Any ifs box will work. We run 1650psi pumps with Hydro assist on the axle coolers and bigger reservoirs. Works really well
@@kreyzfab Nice, do you have any videos on the set up? I need to do something different on my ZJ.
@MacsSpecialitiesMotorsports touched in it in the walk around video a bit but nothing on the full setup though the next build is getting the same setup
Bummer, on the tow Rig! I was talking the other day and was telling the guys half the battle sometimes is getting to the trails!! BTW the editing is getting better every vid! Well done.
It happens! Luckily he caught it when he did or it could have been a bad day. Thanks been working at it!
Crawling video made right 🤘🏼
Fuckn killer rigs killer tunes!
Thanks! We abused em pretty hard!
Fuckn sick
Thanks!
Cool build! Went to lunch with your dad yesterday & he mentioned it. Had to check it out. Will be following along.
Great vid! Rock crawling paradise right there. Sure like the way your rig is working Loren.
Thanks! Had a blast wheeling out there! Few changes I want to make but it's been working awesome
Hell Yeah.....
This builds gonna be fire
Stoked to see it all come together
I’m here for each episode 👍
Should be a fun one!
