  • Join us in this episode as we spend a day in The Great Smoky Mountains National Park ... and what a day it was! We saw bears (10 of them!), waterfalls, mountain views and more. We'll tell you what we did so you can hopefully have a similar experience (hint: go early to see bears). Plus, if you like "southern home cooking," you'll definitely want to head to Pigeon Forge to eat where we stopped in for dinner. As always, stick around for our usual JUST FOR FUN bloopers and silliness at the end. Let's go!
    We welcome your positive, encouraging comments and appreciate you liking and sharing our videos, which helps us grow our channel. Thank you in advance for your support in what we are doing!

    I never miss a chance to see a waterfall either. Love them! This is absolutely stunning. I wanted to stop at Clingmans Dome while in Tennessee but it was too far off route. Glad to see it through this video. One day I’ll check that highpoint off the list. The Smokies look gorgeous. Love all the bears, especially the cubs. Can’t wait to see the next video. Thanks for sharing!

      @@homeschoolingmom8204 Yes, we will definitely be doing a couple of videos from Yosemite! Look for one in a couple of weeks. We loved our time there. Such an amazing place. What was your favorite thing there?

    • @homeschoolingmom8204
      @homeschoolingmom8204 ปีที่แล้ว

      I will absolutely be on the lookout for your videos. 😊 My favorite part of Yosemite was likely the lower falls. In fact, we hiked there twice during our visit. Also, the Mirror Lake hike was peaceful! Loved it!
      My least favorite experience was rude and inconsiderate visitors. One parked SO close to me that I had to climb into the drivers' seat through the passenger door. In the same area, a couple had to wait for park services to rescue them because someone parked behind them completely blocking them from being able to leave.
      Yosemite was OK, but it's definitely a one-and-done park for my family, and that's saying a lot because we LOVE hiking. BTW, we were there for three days.

    Great adventure ! I loved seeing all the different bears and cubs. Will we be going to either Clingmans Dome or Andrews Bald in November? Just looking for motivation or excuses. Not sure which right now. The Dome looked really cool. I am loking forward to a meal at the Old Mill and Restaurant.
    Keep Up your spirits and keep lifting up Jesus above all other things ! "We believe in God the Father, We believe in Jesus Christ, We believe in the Holy Spirit, And He's given us new life."
    "Prepare yourself you know it's a must
    Gotta have a friend in Jesus
    So you know that when you die
    He's gonna recommend you
    To the spirit in the sky (spirit in the sky)"

      We have been to the Smokies many times, but have never seen this many bears. The cubs were our favorites. They were so cute.
      We will definitely want to do Clingman's Dome this fall. And Andrews Bald if you are up for it. It will be beautiful with the fall colors. We are looking forward to seeing it with you and Teresa.
