Thanks so much! We had a great time in Harpers Ferry. The hike and the views were amazing, and we really enjoyed the historical area as well. What a great place to explore.
You should see that church in the dusk/evening areas - the lights are so nice. Oh, you two could have taken in some nice scenery from up where the Harpers Ferry Brewery is. Great beers, tastings, pretzels. They also have t shirts and hoodies.
I bet that is pretty with the evening lights. I wish we could have stayed around to see it. We really loved this area. Just beautiful. Thanks for watching.
Love all the history snd the beautiful views! Yes, there is just something special about playing around on the rocks! The pepperoni rolls looked so tasty as well as that potato candy. Thanks for another great adventure!
Love it! I would agree with the vote on beautiful places. It looks very pretty! It makes my heart happy seeing you two experience all these places the USA has to offer. There’s so much out there to see and so much history. All the goodies look delish too!
Thanks, Michelle! We love hearing from you. This is our favorite kind of place to visit- a beautiful trail, a really cute town, lots of history, and great food.
Thanks! We loved visiting Harpers Ferry. The hike and the views were gorgeous, and the historical area was so much fun to explore. One of our favorites!
The Adventures continues with wonderful sights and tastes ! I want to visit Harper's Ferry and just look down at the town, railroad bridges, and streams. What a view ! Nice work getting the moving train into the shot. I think I could eat about 5 of those Pepperoni rolls and a few of the potatoe cake pinwheel thingies. Great city and great video. I look forward to each new episode, please keep sharing. We were there on May 17th. We got there around 6:30 in the morning, and we had the place all to ourselves. The streets were empty. The businesses didn't open until later, but it was nice to get to see everything without the crowds. Later in the day, it was busier, but still not really busy. Maybe we just picked a good day. We loved it!
Really loved this area! I would love to see Harpers Ferry in person. Here are my top 5: 1. The first views overlooking the town of Harpers Ferry. So beautiful. I can see why it is voted one of the most beautiful places in the U.S. 2. Bolivar Bread Bakery- One of my favorite foods on the planet. BREAD! All the choices you picked looked excellent. I could have spent hours in there. 3. Harpers Ferry- that entire town looked so amazing. The historical buildings, shopping, food, very cool. I would love to visit this place. 4. True Treats - coolest candy store I've ever seen. Those turtles looked delicious. One of my favorite candy. 5. Wolf Rock - looked scary but fun. Plus you had me at waterfalls. 🥰
Thanks for watching, Teresa. As always, your Top 5 list is really an encouragement to us. We had planned to visit Harpers Ferry for a while and are glad we finally got to do it. We loved the hike, the town, and the food. It was a really fun day.
You definitely have to know your ability and comfort level when climbing out on rocky areas. We always try to make sure we are doing our exploring safely.
We can't say for sure how safe the trail would be for a woman alone, but it was well-traveled when we were there. We remember chatting with a solo female runner on the trail that day.
You two warm my heart
Aww. thanks. That is so sweet. You made our day!

Also, need some hand holding when you cross the bridge! 😂❤
Thanks, Sean. We'll work on the hand holding thing. 😀

I don’t think I could walk on/around those rocks like I used to.

Safe for woman alone?
