absolutely amazing to watch the process. I used to build single family split levels, 2+ million custom homes, and commercial. This is how I personally would work, buy funny to see how many osha regulations the workers would violate in a commercial setting.(hard hats, tied off on a lift, etc) Absolutely amazing products and finish!! There is a possibility that I will be fornuate enough to be in the market for a home like this, you will be my first choice!

Cheap plywood 4:57 doesn't match well with custom made.

Thanks for watching but It is not plywood, it is OSB OSB is stronger than plywood in shear. Shear values, through its thickness, are about 2 times greater than plywood. This is one of the reasons osb is used for webs of wooden I-joists.

The OSB today is not like your fathers OSB, it doesn't flake or swell like the original OSB and does not have the voids todays plywood's are known for.
