I think this is the first and last time a cyborg type was summoned since Yuo later summons fusions based on the other counterpart used for the summon besides Imaginary Actor. (I may be extremely wrong with this so correct me all you want)

I know that most fusion spell cards are called Fusion and not Polymerization to make it easier to pronounce and make the name shorter, but come on, the OG fusion spell has no right to be called something other than Polymerization.

Nope. Different card. Fusion only allows you to use monsters on your field as material for a fusion summon. And while Japan technically does have 2 fusions, one is pronounced in English (Fusion) while the other is in Japanese (Yugo) and that's the version that becomes poly

This Fusion is different since you are required to have all the materials on the field for the Fusion Summon.
