我和法拉两名不上班的女性，分别处于“刚刚开始自己的3字头年龄”和“即将结束自己的3字头年龄”的两种年龄状态。
我们聊了各自在这个年龄阶段的焦虑：年龄焦虑、容貌焦虑、父母的养老焦虑、人生选择焦虑等等。
记录我们当下最真实的想法，五年后再回看，希望我们都能与曾经的焦虑和解。
This is a video that I recorded in March of this year when I was living in Hong Kong.
There are two women, Sarah and myself, who are currently in different stages of our thirties - one of us is just starting our thirties, while the other is approaching the end of this decade.
We discussed the anxieties that come with this age: worries about getting older, concerns about our appearance, the pressures of taking care of our aging parents, and the anxieties surrounding life choices, and so on.
We wanted to capture our most genuine thoughts and feelings at this moment, and hopefully, when we look back in five years, we will have found a resolution to the anxieties we experienced back then.
