Superb sets from both John Martyn and Roachford. Bass player John Giblin superb accompaniment to Martyns echo-laden Les Paul, really difficult to lock in when there is this much delay on the guitar. Let’s not forget Andrew Roachfords very underrated band,a superb tight outfit performing great songs that still sound as good as they did 30-plus years ago.
wow, this was my introduction to the genius that is john martyn way to many years ago, thank you for posting, the day after this I went and brought a patchwork waist coat, it didn't help me play any better but I felt cooler, lol lol lol the hurt in my heart is still there thank you john rip

I don't know a lot about Loudon's music, but I know he has been around on the folk scene for decades and would have been well aware of, friends even, with John. This is obviously a jokey introduction.

I agree, but whoever put Loudon W 3 up to announcing is to blame imo.
