You could switch over to another character, use the mini mushroom, then switch back to Peachette. Join the other character as player 2, then go to 7-Tower, then when you reach that one section, bubble Peachette, then dodge the coins as player 2, make sure to let Peachette out of the bubble, then bubble player 2, and then defeat the boss…

If you see a problem in NSMB games during a coinless run, you have to either groundpound, spin jump, super jump, jump, wall jump and crouch jump over and over again, as there is sadly no way you can go there without touching a single coin.

In level 5-5 you can slide under the coins in the secret path somewhat normally. It took me about two tries to attempt.
Those three coins could probably be avoided by doing some precise, janky crouch jumps in between them.
